The bartender smiles and nods. “Yes, Ma’am…” He then reaches under the bar and pulls out a Jonny Walker Blue Label Whisky bottle.
Bette drops her head and smiles.
“Shall I pour a glass, ma’am?”
Bette looks up and nods. “Yes, neat, please…”
The bartender quickly pours the drink and hands it to Bette.
Bette turns, makes eye contact with Tina from across the room, and tips her glass as a silent thank you.
Tina gently lifts her glass as a response before she looks away and continues her conversation.
Bette takes a sip of whisky and then slowly strolls to the opposite side of the room….

Living Room……
Hours later, Tina is having a conversation when Alice walks over and pulls her away.
“Come on, we’re up, kid….” Alice says as she drags Tina toward the Karaoke machine…”
“Alice, I was having a conversation, ya know?” Tina says with a smile.
“Yeah, but you were bored….so you’re welcome….”
Tina is about to dispute Alice’s claim but decides against it.
They step on the makeshift stage, and Alice shoves one of the microphones into Tina’s hand. “Here, you’re background…I’m lead….”
Tina giggles. “How come you get to sing lead?”
Alice motions toward herself. “Uh hello? The glue…”
Tina creases her brows. “The what?”
The music to ‘Dance with Somebody’ by Whitney Houston starts playing. “Shh…here we go…” Alice says.
Tina starts her background duties as she looks out to the crowd and does a doubletake when she spots Bette leaning against the wall, having what looks to be a flirty conversation with a woman dressed in an outfit that left little to the imagination. She then looks away when she gets nudged by Alice and begins to sing the chorus….

Across the room….
Bette gives the woman a courteous chuckle before she turns and watches Tina sing and dance alongside Alice. She can’t help but smile as she listens to them belt out an off-key rendition of the classic song……

Later, Bette is at the bar refreshing her drink when Alice walks over and hugs her from behind.
“Porter…. just who I was looking for…”
Bette thanks the bartender for her drink and then turns around and faces Alice with a skeptical smile. “And why is that?”

OMG…Bette came BACK!!! I can’t hardly wait to see what happens next!!!! YES, Bette and Tina KISSED and got heated in the kitchen, acknowledged something is going on between them and they want to talk about it!!!!
Bette came back a knocking and Tina put on the Marvin Gaye, LET’S GET IT ON!!! OUR Girls are Jumping in Arms and Kicking Doors Closed, I want them back together so badly!!!
I think Shane suspected something was up with Bette’s car still there and I can imagine Tina was still a lil flush and heated. Glad she found those keys and high tailed out of there!!! (hahaha)
