    The Official Welcome Home Party for Dana as the Group Of Friends are there. Alice or Lara? Dana makes her decision; Bette and Tina argue; Shane and Carmen have words; Max notices stuff; Consequences begin to form as a result of the evening.

    "You want it all, but you can’t have it."

    They stand alone in the kitchen, looking over the cake as the finishing touches are given.  With Dana occupied in the living room with friends who have come for the special occassion tonight, they have a chance to talk which they still do mostly under breath.

    Alice: Lara…

    Lara: Yes?

    Alice: …I’m feeling weird about tonight.

    Lara looks over at Alice.

    Lara: Why’s that?

    Alice: I dunno, it’s like…this feeling I have, y’know?  Ah, maybe it’s nothing.

    Lara: Could be.

    Alice nods.

    Lara: To be honest, I have felt this strange vibe today, too.

    Alice: Really?

    Lara nods.

    Lara: Mm hm.  I don’t know why.  I guess it was just the talk with Carmen today.

    Alice: Why, what’d she say?

    Lara: She’s just worried about me is all.

    Alice: Humh.  I’m kinda worried about all of us.

    Lara turns towards Alice.

    Lara: Why’s that?

    Alice: I think Bette put a lot of pressure on Dana today about something…she hasn’t really said much.

    Lara: Pressure?

    Alice sighs.

    Alice: About who she wants to be with.

    There’s an uneasy pause between the two before Lara goes back to looking over the cake to make sure it’s ready.

    Alice: Lara…

    Lara continues…

    Alice: Lara.

    Alice finally grabs Lara’s left arm and the back of her shoulders.

    Lara: Alice, it has to be just right or-

    Alice: Lara!  She’ll be happy with the cake.  She’ll be happy that you and I both worked on it.  Okay?

    Lara is silent as she looks at Alice.

    Alice: We can’t keep ignoring this.

    Lara closes her eyes.

    Lara: I know.

    Lara’s eyes open.

    Lara: You know I love her, Alice.  I know you do, too.  And…I know that if she decides who it is she wants to be with, at least one of us is gonna be hurt.

    Alice: Yeah.  I’d be lyin’ if I didn’t say I don’t want it to be me who gets hurt.  But…I don’t want you to, either.

    Lara: At this point, Alice?  I don’t think it’s up to us now.  Sometimes I wonder if she’s trying to put you and I together.

    Alice: Well….she did suggest us using the same bed a few times so we wouldn’t have to deal with the couch.  But…y’know, it’s a hard couch to sleep on sometimes, yeah…

    1. Tina is full of sh*t…she is trying to make that the reason for her leaving Bette…yeah right I don’t have any money so I am not buying that. I like what Bette said about Tina spent 7 years looking for her dick until she realized she didn’t have one…I thought I was gonna die laughing…lol. Tina needs to be honest ad tell her the REAL reason why she is f*cking Henry…she hadn’t forgiven Bette for the affair and this was part of the payback.

    3. What a nice beginning-of-week surprise! Whopper of an update, I’m glad you had Lara just up and break down at the end to let it all out. Whew. OK, Alice and Lara are solid people–Dana, on the other hand, is a total WUSS when it comes to tact. She doesn’t even really speak to Lara directly besides those few words–how nice (not). Lara deserves so much better. And Dana should make sure she shows Alice how much she appreciates her. Excellent drama–can’t wait for the next update….polyamorous couples or not;)

LOL @ bette;walking penis. HAHA! as for dana i think she made teh right decision but carmen and lara pairing up! i dont think ill like it very much, or maybe i need to be a little open minded, *tries* cant darn! lol i want shane and carmen to be together!! *sniff sniff* hehe

    9. Great update, I’m so glad Dana is with Alice again. I feel bad for Lara but she knows that this is good! More happy Danish and maybe Carmen and Lara can hook up.

    10. I’m definitely happy that Dana is with Alice, but I wonder what made her choose Alice since she imagined both of them. I felt bad for Lara, especially since Dana did it in public. I loved Bette’s comment. Tina being bi isn’t all that much of a reach, but she always comes across as the trophy who needs to be taken care of – for the most part.

I think that you should have had all three of them together who knows it may have work out better for them in the long run maybe not but what is the harm in trying it out for a while they would have just had to talk a lot more together please post soon can’t wait to see what will happen next great update I love it

Yeah skycaptain, i loved the line about searching for Bette’s dick and I agree Bette didn’t see Tina as her baby factory, it was T who wanted the friggin baby…she’s still angry that Bette fancied someone other than her, and that Candace was one hot lady with no neuroses attached…I can see why Bette went there even tho’ I am still a Tibetter…now T’s taking her revenge using the baby as leverage….in this story if I was Bette I would leave Tina to the dick and go find Candace again or someone equally as hot, fun and not so friggin hung up who respects me/Bette and is ready to love not fight!!!!! and yeah Dana needed to choose or lose them both, what’s the problem…did Bette maybe trigger off T’s little dilemma that she likes the het lifestyle but wants to fuck Bette still…sorry for the long rave but T’s stupidity with the car wheel just made me see red….
