Bette came back into the living room.
“I picked the cruse of the Golden flower, if that’s ok with you…” said Tina.
“Sure…I will go grab plates for the pizza. When I come back you can start the movie”.
It only took a few minutes, then Bette came back and the movie started.
Midway through the movie, both women fell asleep on the couch. Tina’s head was in the crook of Bette’s shoulder with her hand thrown across Bette’s stomach.
Bette realized that she and Tina had fallen asleep watching the movie when her mind registered the weight of Tina’s body on hers. It was nice…Tina smelled like lillies. She revelled in it, not wanting to get up, but her bladder had other plans. She eased Tina off of her, careful not to wake her. She got off the couch without her waking.
“I am super stealthy” thought Bette as she ran to the bathroom.
When she came out a few minuntes later, Tina was still in the same spot. Bette sat back down. Tina burrowed deeper into Bette shoulder and quietly fell back to sleep.
About 2 hours later, Bette woke up because she was cold. She looked at her shirt realizing that it was wet.
“Damn…Tina has me sweating in my sleep, I need a fresh shirt" thought Bette. She looked over at Tina. Her shirt was soaked too. Her hair stuck to her forehead. Even in asleep, Tina’s eyes were moving rapidly back and forth. Her hands were clenched into a fist.
Bette got up and kneeled on the side of the couch, debating on whether to wake Tina. The need to protect her whether she was up or not won out. Bette stroked Tina’s arm gently, calling Tina’s name. That did not work. With each passing minute, Tina’s breathing became more laboured, her knuckles became white. Bette was really getting worried, so she shook Tina a little and that seemed to wake her up. When Tina opened her eyes, she looked terrified.
“T, are you ok?” Bette asked in a firm but gentle voice.
“Huh” Tina answered.
“Are you ok?”
“I am fine”
“Hold on, I will be right back, going to get you a dry shirt” Bette said as she left the sofa.

Awwww I really hope that Tina talks to Bette about what has been haunting her. Poor kid ought to be able to get a sound and restful sleep. Bette is too cute. Great story sweety, thanks so much for the beautiful email. Hugs.
I think it’s time for Bette to know what is bothering Tina. But this is such a sweet chapter! And for right now I need to put Karice on hold because I have other stories to do but I will eventually get back to them eventually! Love ya!
Hey Tylo, loved how you had them both fall asleep during the movie, and haing Jackie was also a trip. Now gotta love Shane for being honest and wanting to give T 30%. Great chapter T!!!
Another great chapter. Both women falling asleep watching a movie; and Bette being “super stealthy.” I hope Bette keeps her word and doesn’t press Tina about the nightmare and that Tina will trust that whatever her secret is, Bette will not leave her. Its awesome to have a friend so giving as Shane.

Wow! what’s up with T’s nightmares? She needs to talk to someone and soon! Sweet Shane giving Tina a big chunk of the deal. Should be easy pickins getting every kid to want to be Shane! LOL! Thanks for the post T! More please!
Something is eating at Tina and it is not Bette yet. Tina is everything to everyone. Bette is in love with her (and Tina is in love with Bette) and Shane trust her to help her with a very important matter. Glad it was Bette and not me running and working out like she did.

Great chapter. We all know that for the girls to be able to move forward Tina is going to have to talk to Bette about what’s bothering her, so hopefully she will soon. Bette is too bullheaded she needs to start thinking before she flys off the handle sometimes. I am glad she decided to let Tina set the pace this time. Can’t wait for the next installment.
