Olivia held Helena in her arms it felt so warm and this was a special moment that she would treasure forever. Before long they both knew that Olivia would have to go back to the office and Helena would have to take that long dreaded walk back to her cell. Olivia gave Helena her cell number so they could keep in touch, as from when Helena had transferred the case was handed over to one of Olivia’s superiors. And that is the reason Olivia didn’t know what was going on with her case anymore.
“I guess I should be going now…take care of you don’t forget to call me. I know it’s not much but here’s a phone card for you to try and get in touch with your mother, and of course me” she spoke shyly.
“Thank you this means a lot, come see me again please. Hopefully soon right sweetheart?”
“I will try babe, I will try that’s all I can promise you. See you soon then ok, oh god I’m gonna miss you.”
“See you soon then”.
As they both said there goodbyes it was so heartbreaking, as they didn’t know how this relationship would progress whilst Helena was still in prison. But one thing for sure Olivia was going to let this one slip through the net like she had done with all the others. Olivia kissed Helena on the cheek before she escorted her to the door, she did not want to be to full on and this time wanted to be able to take things slowly for both their sakes.
Helena was escorted back to her cell where Dusty was waiting, her smile made Helena feel guilty for what she was about to do. But this was the only way Helena could be true to herself for once in her life.
“Hey how did it go?” Dusty said excitedly
“It went fine, look we have to talk about last night”
“What about last night? We both had a good time didn’t we?” Dusty said confused.
“I’m not going to lie to you D I did have a good time, but right here and now is just not the time…for romance.”

Oh crap. Sniff. Why!!! Well, I guess Helena needs to work out her feelings. I need to go and check out this Detective Benson person you’re writing about! (; I think one of the crime drama investigators I thought was super hot was Detective Aiden Burn (Vanessa Ferlito) from CSI NY. Like, be still my heart. Laughs. (; I was freaking heartbroken when they made her die in such a tragic way! Gawd. Anyways, I am digressing. Brilliant, brilliant. Write on, please. (; I’m super psyched to see where we’re going next! (; Grin.
Oh, I also wanted to say. Between you and me (tho everyone else who’s going to comment will read this), I find it extremely challenging to write those “hot and heavy” scenes. Laughs. But yes, I try. (;
First of all do not quit; this story is way too good to give up on it. If you don’t know where to take it just take a break for a while and it might all come back to you.Now about this chapter I really hope helena gets out of jail before Dusty starts putting two and two together and go tell Olivia what happened. It was very stupid of Helena to get intimate with Dusty but we all know how our feelings can get totally messed up especially when you’re grieving. Great update !

Glad to see your continuing with this story because I really like it. Helena has a lot of thinking to do. She should come clean with Dusty and let her know she has someone else on her mind. I guess being in jail Helena found out who her real friends are….Alice is the only one who bothered to come see her.
