    They both fell asleep thinking of tomorrow night.  The dinner that could change both their lives.

    In the BeginningChapter 3Catch Me Im Falling.

     

    Tina was trying hard to concentrate, but her mind kept going to images of Bette Porter.  She had an important event to cater tomorrow night and she should be finishing with the details but she just couldnt focus.  It was almost five she decided to go on home and get ready for her dinner with Bette.  Tina called one of her assistants in to make sure everything for tomorrow was ready.

     

    Tina:  Allison is everything set for tomorrow?

    Allison:  Yes Tina every thing is all set.  We have things under control.

    Tina:  Good, and thanks for covering for me..my mind cant seem to focus today.

    Allison:  Go on home and Ill see you tomorrow.  Get some rest.

    Tina:  I think I will.  Bye Allison, and thanks again.  See you in the morning.

     

    Tina left to go home.  She was going to take her time getting ready for this dinner.

    She was like a school girl, butterflies and nerves.  She was looking forward to seeing the beautiful gallery owner.  She was looking forward to spending time with her, looking forward to learning more about Ms Porter. 

     

    Bette had gone home early too.  She was looking forward to dinner this evening.  Tina had brought out feelings Bette wasnt sure she even had.  The feeling that their might be someone out there she would want to spend time getting to know, there might be someone she would like to spend the rest of her life with.  She had never thought of having a life partner before.  Then Tina Kennard came into her life.  Bette dreamt of Tina last night.  It was a dream that had them together in the future.  God she was so infatuated with this gorgeous blonde.  But determined to take things slow as to not scare either of them off. 

     

    Tina was ready about fifteen minutes before seven.  She was making some notes on things she had wanted to discuss about catering for the gallery opening.  Bette arrived at three minutes before seven.  She rang the bell to Tinas apartment.  At the sound of the doorbell Tinas heart jumped.  She took a deep breath and answered the door.
