    Author Notes:

    Once again my Crossover disease is not getting better and I have crossed over the L word with yet another fanverse. Officer Dana Fairbanks is up against one of LA’s most notorious criminals, The Joker. She teams up with everyones favorite “Dark Knight.” I think it’s pretty obvious what I crossed it over with lol…eventually this will be a Danish fanfic.

    Yes once again my weird mind and obvious large amount of time has made me make yet another Danish L word crossover fic. This one is a little different. It starts out with some Dana/ Lara pairings but don’t you worry Danish fans. There will be plenty of cute Dana Alice moments :). As the title explains, the crossover with this fic is pretty obvious. Enjoy :P

     

    Chapter 1: Dead Man’s Joke. 

     

    The scene opens up with the usual gang sitting around the large table in The Planet drinking their coffee and socializing. Shane and Carmen are laughing together while Shane has her arm around Carmen’s shoulders, Kit is talking around the Planet taking orders from other patrons. Bette, Tina and Alice are sitting around the same table talking with Carmen And Shane.

    Shane: God I never want to go through that again.

    Carmen snuggles up against Shane as she laughed.

    Carmen: Shane come on. You looked beautiful.

    Alice: (sipping her coffee): Are you talking about last night where Shane was at your parents place?

    Bette: Oh yeah. You were pretending to be Straight, weren’t you ?

    Shane shakes her head feeling the embarrassment creeping up on her.

    Shane: Yeah I was. And that’s never going to happen.

    Carmen: Babe it wasn’t that bad. My family loved you. Besides you looked really cute in that Dress.

    Alice arched her brow as she placed her coffee mug on the table.

    Alice: Wow. Shane actually wore a dress?  You’re just one step shy from being an actual lady.

    The rest of the group laughs at Alice’s little joke as Shane raises her middle finger to her friend and Grins. The ladies were then joined by The Planet’s head Chef Lara as she sat next to Carmen and Shane. Everyone greeted Lara with friendly hello’s.

    Shane: Hey Lara. How was that weekend at Lake Tahoe?

    Lara sighs as she drinks the small ice tea in front of her.

    Lara: Didn’t happen.  

    Tina: Well that sucks. Why not?

    Lara sighed as she cleaned off her chef’s jacket with the napkins on the table.

    Lara: Dana was called on a case. Pretty bad homicide. She’s been working on it since Saturday morning. Some…witnessed was killed on a case that she and the police Commissioner Gordon were building.
