Chapter 15:
“Bette, baby, I think we should give ‘us’ another try.” Cecilia’s voice was more of a demand than an actual suggestion as she looked Bette sternly in the eyes.
Cecilia’s aggressiveness was a characteristic Bette admired about her. She was assertive, and she knew what she wanted, and when she did, she’d go after it. Bette would love to follow in those footsteps of Cecilia’s, but if Bette didn’t want anything then there would be no disappointment.
“I don’t think ‘us’,” Bette said as she raised her hands in the air and made imaginary quotes on the word ‘us,’ “is a good idea, we’re friends and I don’t want to complicate this.”
“Alright fine, let’s just take this slow, we’ll just try dating first, okay?” Cecilia’s tone went from stern to an almost soft pleading tone.
Cecilia’s plead reminded Bette the events of the afternoon, where Tina had spoken to her so coldly. At this very moment, Cecilia was the complete opposite, and her persistency was breaking Bette down.
“Let me think this over, okay?” Bette had no idea what was going to happen tomorrow. Maybe she should stop being so stubborn for once and talk to Tina, apologize for what happened, even if it wasn’t her fault. Then possibly work something out, well, more like a conclusion of Tina dumping Eric.
“Really?” Cecilia’s eyes were glittering and her smile widened. Just knowing Bette would give her, give “them,” another chance at their relationship was good enough an answer, better than anything she expected.
Bette finally looked in Cecilia’s eyes and saw her joy. She couldn’t help but soften, and let out a smile of her own. The tough Cecilia had a cute side to her too, it didn’t come out often, but when it did, it was almost irresistible.

“Happy anniversary mom, dad! 25 years is so amazing, I wish you two many more 25 years to come.” Tina wasn’t in the best of moods, but she wasn’t going to let her own troubles spoil her parents’ wonderful evening. From the bottom of her heart, she was happy for them, she knew the kind of love her parents had for one another was rare, and she hoped for one of her own.

On the bathroom note… where I’m from our public bathrooms r really clean especially the ones in restaurants. OH SHIZNIT! ….. This was funny….no, believe me….it was realllllllly funny!

Ok, now on to this chapter…
“Eric, I…” Smile, you are getting way too fucking good with the cliffies. I could reach out and strangle you right about now. -_- Please dont let Tina muck this up by accepting his proposal.
As far as Cecelia is concerned, I see right now that she hears what she wants to her. Bette didnt commit to anything. All she said was “let me think about this,” and Cecelia has taken those words as a sign that she and Bette are going to work again on “us.” Do me and everyone else a facor Smile….get rid of her. Matter of fact, have her meet Eric. How’s that for your storybook Eric?
dammit, does Bette know where the hell this dinner is? she needs to show and finish Tina’s sentence for her.
“Eric I am sorry but Tina is in love with me, and this will not end well for you. It’s just not in the cards buddy.” LOL!! anyway I hope Tina does the right thing here.

Tina is going to say yes! Why you ask? Because I just know. I’m psychic.
If she doesn’t say yes she will faint and try to avoid the answer to eric’s question after she recovers.

I didn’t go anywhere I was just really busy with some work I had to get done before school started. So no I didn’t have any fun. lol
