“Only if you think I can.  I’m not going to pull ***** if you don’t let
me go.  Alice asked me, I think she can’t be alone
right now.  Everyone else has someone and
we sort of fit in with her, like her kids. 
She can take care of us while we take care of her.”  Daisy admitted and Ro was impressed with the
explanation.

            “We just can’t say no.”  Tina said to that explanation and Cass nodded.

            “Pack.  Go. 
You misbehave and I’ll find out!” 
Cass yelled to her as she dashed down the
hallway to her room, Ro hung back.

            “What exactly is misbehaving?”  Ro said with a sly smile, slowly walking to
the back of the house, Cass looked at Tina, who looked at her back with a perplexed look on her
face.

            “They aren’t…”

            “No.”  Cass answered and then they saw Ro turn into the room,
another look between the two women, both shaking their heads.

            “Straight.  She’s straight.”  They both said at the same time, trying to
convince each other.

            Shane walked into the Planet, and she saw
someone she hasn’t been expecting.  Cherrie Jaffe. 
She stopped short, about to turn away and walk out of the Planet when Cherrie spotted her, and ran to Shane. 
She grabbed Shane, kissing her cheek and then her lips and Shane pushed her away hard.

            “Back off Cherie.” 
Shane muttered,

            “I was so worried about you…”  Cherie began and Shane laughed,

            “It took you all this time to come
tell me that.  ***** you Cherie.” 
Shane shot at her, and Cherrie stepped back as if hurt.  She gave her a pouty look and Shane felt bad for her, for just a moment.  Then she turned and started to walk to Marina‘s office, thinking that at least she
could hide out there until Cherie left.

            Cherie followed her, and Shane saw that a few of the patron’s were all
reading the same paper, it was on all the tables.  Her cell phone rang and she put it to her
ear.  Cherie just a breath behind her as if listening
in.

            “Hey Dane…  Whooo slow down…  What are you…?  The Tattler…”  Shane said, turning and moving to the nearest table,
grabbing the paper from the woman that was reading the paper.  She looked at the front page, the picture of
her and Dana. 
She felt her mouth dropping open at the headline.
