ZZZZZ ZZZZZ ZZZZZ

Bette and Tina were completely passed out on the couch after the hot and fun filled day they had with Liz and their friends poolside. It was about eleven thirty at night and after the BBQ earlier, they were pooped. Liz had taken a nap around seven, against Bettes better judgment, and now she was wide eyed and bushy tailed while her two mommies were zonked out on the couch. They had set her up with Finding Nemo playing on the screen and taken the opportunity to get their nap in while Liz was entertained by the bright little fish floating around on screen.

Yeah right like a three year old is going to entertain herself for two hoursunsupervised.

About half an hour into the movie Liz saw her mommies sleeping and she got up to go play in her room for a while until they woke up. She played with Bob for a while and created another artistic masterpiece on her closet door before getting bored being by herself and now she was back in the living room watching her mommies sleep.

Liz giggled as Bette mumbled a little in her sleep and shifted so that her and Tina were spooning on the couch. Liz walked over and peered at her sleeping mommies with a big smile on her face. She really wanted to wake them up, jump on them or somethingbut she held back knowing that if she woke mommy Bette up she was going to be in deep trouble. Instead she grabbed the remote and after pushing a few of the colored buttons managed to change the television from the DVD player to cable. The first thing she saw was some family show that wasnt really holding her attention so she started pushing buttons again until she found something she was satisfied with.

She kept pushing button after button until something caught her eye. It was a little doll on the screen that seemed to be alive and she was intrigued at the way the doll walked and talked. The people on screen were running about and screaming while the little doll went after them with a pair of bloody scissors and instead of being freaked out Liz started giggling at the sight of the silly adults running around like chickens with their heads cut off.

Hahahahaha

Liz started imitating the doll and ran around with her arm flailing through the air like she was going to murder someone. BANG. Liz crashed into the side of the couch waking Tina up who was a little disoriented at the sound of The Bride of Chucky playing rather than Finding Nemo.

Shhhhhh.Liz come here

Tina couldnt really move since Bette had her arm draped over her side but Tina did her best to wiggle free a little bit and pulled Liz over.

What are you watching Liz?

Doll mommy

Tina grabbed the control and after hitting the Info button saw what the movie that her THREE YEAR OLD daughter had decided to watch. She looked at the TV and jumped a little as a particularly scary scene flashed across the screen, laughed a little at how she had gotten scared, and then looked at Liz with a questioning look.

Sweetie are you sure you want to watch this? Its a scary movie

Liz giggled again as Chucky graced the screen and chased a girl around the house with his wife by his side. Tina shook her head a little at the sight of Liz watching a scary movie but she thought it wouldnt be that bad of a thing since Liz didnt seem to be scared and seemed to really enjoy watching the movie. Tina looked at Bette, who she knew would kick both her and Lizs asses if she woke up, and prayed that whatever she thought later she wouldnt take out on Liz. See one thing about Bette Porter that not many people know is that aside from many things that shes not one thing that she isis a big scaredy cat when it comes to horror movies. She hates scary movies and she will do anything possible to get out of watching them. Tina learned this when they were first dating and The Sixth Sense came out and Tina had really wanted to watch it but Bette put up such a protest to get out of watching it. Tina giggled to herself as she recalled how scared Bette had been and how Tina had to stay awake with her all night because Bette insisted that she wasnt going to be able to sleep that night. Tina sighed and looked back at Liz who was still bouncing around and giggling as she imitated the little possessed doll.

Okay honey you can watch it but dont tell mommy okay?

Liz beamed as she turned back to her new favorite movie and Tina just shook her head as she snuggled back down into Bette who was sleeping like a rock. An hour or so later Bette finally woke up since she had to pee really really badly and she stumbled blindly towards the bathroom as Tina got ready for Bette.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH.TINA!!!

Bette came tearing around the corner and her face was as while as the snow, like she had seen a ghost or something. Then Tina heard it. Liz was cracking up laughing and she had a good feeling as to what had happened. Tina walked back to the bathroom and laughed when she saw the sight before her. Liz had managed to get her hands on a red marker and drew blood all over her face and apparently she had hid in the bathroom closet and scared the ***** out of Bette as she was using the bathroom. Liz took of after Bette who was startled again at the sight of Liz and Bette started running which only made Liz chase her and laugh an evil, maniac like laugh.

TINA GET THIS KID AWAY FROM ME!!!

Bette was yelling at the top of her lungs that only egged Liz on more and she started making the sound effects that she heard on the movie a few hours earlier as she chased her mommy around the house.

WWRREEEE WWWRRREEE WWWRRRREEE

Liz was wielding the cardboard part of a paper towel roll as her knife and she was chasing her victim around having the time of her life. Tina was watching the scene unfold and she tried as best as she could to hold in her laughter but the sight of her daughter chasing her wife around was too much. Tina was laughing so hard she was crying and it took her a few seconds to finally manage to catch her breath and pull Liz away from Bette who looked mortified and just slumped down on the couch. Tina finally clamed Liz down and after a little coaxing got her to go to bed. After putting her down Tina went back to the living room to comfort Bette who was still pouting about Liz scaring her so badly. Tina sat down next to Bette and put her arm around her shoulders.

Where did that come from T? How did she know about scary movies?

Tina looked a little guilty as she smiled and looked at Bette.

Well she was kind of watching a scary movie while we were sleeping earlier

Calm down babe youre going to wake her up

Well YOU were sleeping and besidesSHE thought it was funnyshe isnt such a big chicken like her mommy

Bette just pouted as Tina laughed and pulled Bette into a tight embrace. She kissed the side of Bettes head comfortingly and smoothed out her hair as Bette sighed and after a while even she couldnt help the laugh that escaped from her lips.

It was pretty funny though huh? Man she got me good

They shared a laugh as they kissed once more and Tina pulled Bette up and towards the bedroom. They got ready for bed together and unbeknownst to either of them there was going to be a surprise waiting for them when they got to the room.

And who says scary movies arent any fun???
