When he finally satisfied his needs, he lied still on top of Alice. His weight was crushing her.

She should’ve seen that from the very beginning with those cool blue steely eyes. Everything he did to her, from saying these sick things to her and from violating her was so heartwrenching… but nothing could ever compare to the pain that she’d feel if Dana was hurt in any shape or form.

I TRUST YOU to a happy Danish ending. I love reading this story so please continue. When I first started reading a little over a year ago, I was shy from commenting. Then there was the August drought. It occurred to me that I should rally all the Danish writers that’s when I started commenting. In your case, I can’t help but think that you have lots of silence support and readers are just very shy from commenting on such an intense thriller. Please do not give up on us. We need you. As for your comment to me, I have a bad feeling that D was drugged when she was at the house, an injection of some sort? That’s why she was tired next day. My money is on David paying back what Tony for what he had done with the girls. I am expecting an even more horrid torture than what Roy was getting. I am all for that. Back to this post, thank you for bringing in Kristen again even though she still was not all that pleased with A. There were not too many people left that A & D could count on. To me, Kristen was their last resort. Maybe she could mobilize some FBI resource. I would be outraged if Tony kept up with his monstrous act to A frequently. A became Tony’s prisoner the minute he violated her. Having his men watching her constantly was bad enough and actually imprisoning her in the big house would be devastating. I have a hunch about Sharon with the quilt. That was what she clung to after being physically disciplined harshly by her father while Gracie looked on helplessly. That’s why Sharon hated her mother. Just a guess. And the last seen, I was happy that A showed up at the cemetery that was a kodak moment. I can’t help but worry about the man watching over them. I really hope that he was from the FBI. Lastly, please let A be brave enough to let D in on the rape. brteyes, thank you and thank you. This is truly great and I look forward to more updates and hopefully soon but no pressure here.

On to the story comments… I am kinda glad Tony told Alice his plan. At least Alice knows what he is trying. The threat of being locked in the house is a bad one. Although I wonder what the rest of the family would think about it — Bobby doesn’t seem like someone who would approve. I am happy to hear that Dana wasn’t violated beyond having been knocked out or drugged. Poor, poor Alice. I didn’t even think that Tony’s attack would dredge up memories of Lara’s. Hate the creepy flowers. Tony needs to die. I imagine either David or Roxy would be happy to take care of it. What a fortunate accident to run into Kristen. The girls need someone else on their side. I hope she is enough. Hate the creepy quilt. I am so happy that Alice showed up at the end. They both need each other right now. I have to echo HD that I hope Alice tells Dana about the rape. I know Alice wants to protect Dana, but, I don’t want her to destroy herself in the process. The whole baby thing is interesting. I am starting to wonder if wanting the baby has something to do with Gina. For as hard as this is to read at times, it is really is a well-written and a remarkably crafted and layered story. Loved the last part with Dana and Alice finally united. This time you made my heart melt. Thank you for that;-) I really have no idea why my girlfriend is calling me a ladykiller but there really is no reason to. I’m absolutely a very faithful person. Your Killin me with all this horrible drama althou part of me still loves it lol. I absolutely loved that ending, Alice was there for Dana at the perfect time that has to be the best part of this chapter for me. I hate Tony more than i hate Roxy, which reminds me, didnt see her or David this chapter. I reli hope this problem with Tony is resolved FAST! I just reli want Alice and Dana to be happy together without so many ppl out to destroy thm lol. However i do love this story and will continue to read for as long as u write lol. Alice is bein so brave by being there for Dana like tht even with all the worry she has … true love and commitment. Inch by inch, page by page, I’m slowly making my way through each & every chapter. Again, I’m not sure what to make of this chapter, but with every update, you leave me intrigued and waiting for more. I know you love a good mind fuck, among other things, so I can only wonder what will be next on the horizon. While I agree that Tony needs to die, I’m uncertain as to how that should happen. A man like that needs to be tortured and completely striped of his manhood and pride. I have a few ideas on what I’d like to do to him. Alice having his baby is just not an option. This alliance between Kristen & Alice is certainly interesting. Maybe there can be a three way in their future. Kristen can have a little piece of Dana and Alice gets to play too. It was wonderful to read that Alice came to the funeral, but I have a feeling that one of Tony’s henchmen is lurking in the distance. I didn’t mind being Roxy-free or David-free for a chapter, but I don’t expect that to last long. As for Sharon, I’m sure there was some abuse in her past that she hasn’t dealt with. Seems to be a theme you’re fond of. Besides, she is so uptight and repressed that it wouldn’t be shocking. However the level of that abuse is probably where you’re going to get your rocks off. Captain Gloom & Doom to the rescue.

I feel sorry that Dana and Alice are not getting connected…. They are drifted apart–one with her loss over loved one, the other with her near rape secret…. hey brteyes, sorry for the disappearing act. i have a bad tendency to do that. i haven’t missed a single chapter though. the last chappy and this one sure were intense. i know i’ve said this before, but you definitely scare me sometimes w/ this story. poor alice, the girl can’t catch a break when it comes to traumatic events. and dana, what drug did that guy use on her? every time things seem to be going well, shit keeps happening to them. those flowers…. i’m tempted to think they were from david, but he’s probably too busy torturing roxy, which brings me to the nagging question of ‘is lara alive?’ i’m glad you brought back kristen. maybe she can do a better job of protecting alice from the gambinos, specifically tony. *shudders* did roxy mention to alice that she infiltrated the mob family? i like the new twist you got going with the mysterious relationship b/t dana’s mom and grandma gracie. i hope dana gets the whole story b/t the two soon. it was really sweet of you to end this with alice coming to the funeral at the last minute. i’ll be eagerly awaiting the next chapter. thanks for writing. ^ – ^
