    Well weve met our main girls, aswell as some work collegues…how about we meet some more new faces, and let Tina continue her first week of undercover high schoolin ;)

    ‘Not as much as I used to’ Tina sighed. ‘Lack of time I guess.’

    ‘Well you’ve got weeks of training a head of you. Im sure by the end of the semester, you’ll be able to go in for ‘Worlds Strongest Woman’ Kate flexed her muscles and made a macho face.

    Tina laughed at Kate’s impression.

    ‘I may not get picked though. There’s some good players out there. Including you.’

    ‘Ha!’ Kate mocked. ‘Just wait until you see me shooting. I swear, even if the hoop was the size of a…..of a….of a larger hoop, I would still miss!’

    Tina doubled over laughing at Kate’s sense of humour. She could see them becoming good friends in the future.

    *That’s if she doesn’t hate me for lying to her about being 17*

    She shouldn’t allow herself to get too close. At the end of this charade when she reveals her real identity, people may disapprove of her for all her deceit. They may even hate her. Kate…..Bette…

    *If I want to be a reporter then I have to be able to detach myself*

    Easier said than done!

    Looking down at her feet she realised she’d forgotten her trainers.

    ‘Shoot, I’ll be right back, forgot my trainers.’

    ‘Ok’ Kate replied, starting to take off her damp clothes.

    As Tina entered the gym she noticed Bette sitting on a stool just to the left of the door. She had her head engrossed in a book. When Tina got closer she recognised the cover.

    ‘Is that a Jodie Denver?’ she asked.

    Bette looked up, startled by the unexpected visitor.

    ‘It is yes. You know her work? Bette enquired.

    ‘I do yes. I love her work. I have a collection of her books at home. She’s such an amazing writer.’

    ‘Yea. She can really sock it to the reader’ Bette smiled.

    Tina let out a small laugh. ‘That’s for sure.’

    They smiled at each other for a few moments, looking into each others eyes. They saw such warmth in there. After another few moments Bette cocked her head.

    ‘Are you sure you’re 17?’

    Tina was a little taken back by her asking that question again.

    ‘Ugh, yea of course I am. Why?’

    ‘I don’t know, I just….’ Bette stopped to think. ‘….I cant believe a girl of 17 reads Jodie Denver novels.’

    1. Hey there…liking the B and T interaction…bit worried though, should T join the Spelling Bee and the Basketball? If it came out that she was a reporter would it ruin the chances of her spelling and basketball teams? I dunno…I just wondered…PPS

    2. I hope she drops the spelling bee action.. come on, boring. Basketball is fun plus it has the added benefit of hanging around Bette. Ok, clearly we know what I’d do. I like this story a lot.. thanks for the long update. PPS.

    7. I am really having fun reading this story. The movie was hilarous and I am able to picture Tina in the role that Drew played. Bette is in her own role though. Please Post soon.

    8. First I’m assuming Tina took her socks off too, cos otherwise she would have spent most of time on her ass. Its okay to have Kate in there, but only as a friend, love how Tina and Bette are flirting with each other, yet Bette is concerned cos she thinks Tina’s only 17, and Tina keeps forgetting she’s suppose to be. I do have faith that even when the truth comes out, Bette will only momentarily be upset.
