Shane: Is she fully fine? No brain-damage or anything, she could still walk can she?

Doctor: Minor bruises on the head but no brain-damage luckily. The hit was pretty strong but she managed to hold up. It was like a miracle. She could still walk but it might take a few weeks until she could run like before. Your friend is strong and very lucky indeed.

Shane: Can we see her?

Doctor: Uum..sorry but not now she need a lot of rest. I’ll check on her tomorrow and probably if she’s regain strength.

Shane: Okay, thank you doctor, thank you.

The doctor smiled and walked away leaving the group rejoicing that their friend is still in that room breathing and alive.
Alice was still sleeping but gave a sweet, happy smile.

Tina: (stroking Alice’s hair) She’s alive Al, she’s alive.

Next day…

Bette and Tina had to go home for Angelica but will be back to see Dana. Alice was woken up and heard the very good news. Her aches and pains were suddenly lifted and she’s feeling a lot better. She was really excited to see Dana, it felt like a long time ago since they talked to eachother. She can’t wait to see Dana’s beautiful face again and her gracious smile.
The doctor has been there for 10 minutes checking up on Dana.

Alice: Hey I’m gonna go to the bathroom. I’ll be back!

Alice ran looking for a restroom. She ran into Bette and Tina and told them that the doctors inside checking up on Dana and she’s just going to the restroom quickly.
They came up to Shane and Carmen, they hugged eachother and sat down.

Bette: I’m really glad that she’s fine.

Carmen: We all are, especially Alice.

Tina: Yeah.

Shane: He’s taking ages in there, I’m gonna go look.

Shane stood up and was about to open the door when the doctor opened it first and came out.

Doctor: She’s recovered well, you could see her now.

They all stood up and walked inside. They saw Dana sitting up and gave a big smile.

Dana: HEY!

They smiled back and gave her a big hug.

Bette: How are you??

Shane: We were all worried.

Dana looked around and was dissapointed that she never saw Alice among her friends.

Dana: Where’s Alice?

They all looked around and forgot that Alice went to the bathroom.

Outside…

Alice ran back and found that none of her friends were there. She heard voices from the room and opened it slowly and peeked through. Shane, Carmen, Bette and Tina looked and found Alice peeking through.

Tina: There she is.

Alice came in slowly, Tina gave them all a look and cocked her head to the door. They all knew what Tina was talking about. They each gave Dana a hug before they headed out the door.
Shane gave Alice a small nudge and a smile. She closed the door behind her.
Alice turned to Dana and smiled, Dana smiled back. Alice just stood there admiring Dana, that she’s fine and well.

Dana: Stop staring and come here.

Alice snapped out of it and came towards Dana and gave her a big hug. A tear of joy went down her cheek.

Alice: I was so worried. I thought I was gonna lose you forever.

Dana: (teary) I thought I was gonna lose YOU forever.

Alice broke off the hug and looked at Dana’s face. Dana saw a tear coming down Alice’s cheek, she wiped it away with her thumb.

Alice smiled and kissed Dana’s hand.

Dana: Is that all your going to give me?

Alice smiled and leaned over and kissed her, massaging her tongue into Dana’s. Dana kissing back, stroking Alice’s soft, blonde hair.
Alice broke off and stared into Dana’s eyes.

Alice: I love you Dana Fairbanks.

Dana: I was so scared.

Alice: Don’t worry, I’ll protect you from anything, I’ll never leave you ever again, never.

They smiled at eachother.

Alice: I was shitting myself. I was ***** scared that I’ll never get to see your face again.

Dana: I love you.

Alice: Nothing can tear us apart.

Dana: (smiling) Nothing.

Alice: Because I need you in my life to live.

Dana: If there wasn’t you, there wouldn’t be a me. I love you.

Alice: I love you.

Dana: I love you too…

They smiled and touched foreheads looking into eachothers eyes.
