Carmen-
“I guess Jenny was right when she said you were in trouble.” Leave it to Alice to make me feel worse than I already did. She took a seat next to me at the bar inside The Planet and I was surprised to see Dana with her but didn’t ask questions as she mumbled something in Al’s ear and walked away. “Why are you doing this?”
After setting down my last Long Island iced tea of the night, I swiveled my head sideways to be greeted by her look of confused disappointment. “You’ve seen me a lot more drunk than this; why is this time any different?”
“Because I know the reason behind it.” I had to rest my head on the counter to stop my eyes from spinning and get the images of Shane out of my mind. But it didn’t work. “You and Shane need to grow up and quit causing each other anymore pain than you’re already in.”
“It’s a lot easier said then done.” Out of all my friends, Alice should’ve understood what I was going through more than anybody else. After all, she was still secretly popping pills trying to get over Dana but I never called her on it.
She eased up and spoke in softer tones. “I know, this is going to take time. But you need to start taking steps to get over the past.”
“Maybe I don’t want to get over the past.” Or to be more specific, maybe I didn’t want to get over Shane; because I always knew I wouldn’t.
She exhaled deeply as I tried to stand up but clearly I had drank more than intended by the way I stumbled and would’ve fallen if she hadn’t seen the near-accident and grabbed my arm offering herself as a support beam to walk. “I’m not a fucking kid; I can get to my car on my own.”
“With the way you’re acting, I can’t help but disagree.” I was grateful for her protectiveness, however the alcohol was making me irritable. “Come on, I’ll drive you home. Did you drive your Jeep here?”
“Uh-huh.”
“Damn it.” Alice stopped in her tracks inevitably making me do the same. “Alright, wait here. Don’t go anywhere, okay?”

ok you have no idea how much i appreciate you chaning things for me..wow amazing and your update was great… like i said its agreat story and im not saying i dont want drama but i do want them to make up and get over it and be together again cuz its all we have with the new season coming out. but you are an amazing writer and everything you wirte is great so i have total confidence in you . the whole shane going over and saying she will wait for her and she loves her perfect thank you…
Hey now, you can borrow anything from me! with updates as great as this I’m at your feet- so do with me what you’d like! lol so I guess I’ll start from the END then work my way back up to the beginning because the end is just 2 important to leave alone- so… TICKET? WHAT TICKET WHERE IS SHE GOINGGGG? lol ok there I did it now you MUST answer it pretty plz : puppy eyes : i loved al’s line “Hey, I don’t procrastinate; I just reschedule.” so funny! The sharmen moment was sweet even though it was mostly S just shane and her taking a first step and with Carmen having heard her I’m sure she’ll come around or at least try the whole friend thing which… almost only last’s for a few laughs before they jump each others bones lol SO don’t hurt me but I STILL don’t know what Alice was going to say even though I’m leaning toward i love you, or I really miss you- or it’s the obvious “I’m leaving peace out sucka” lol so come on babe throw me a bone here lol well, I’m still in the midst of creating a new word that is worthy enough of describing how great you are :) and.. I guess I better get moving on posting a new chapter! because I deff want you to post another one asap :) x0x0x
what can i say… brilliant!!.. completely brilliant!!.. love how shane is trying to fix her mistake.. and carmen watching from her window.. where do you come up with this stuff??.. and Alice moving?!?! ok, now i definatly need more..like now please.. i mean seriously im begging you here..:P oh and by the way liked the last line in carmens point of view.. it true.. nothings going to be the same.. but then again sometimes its even better..

Heehee, anyways, LOVING this! 1. Alice leaving…explain…now! 2. what was Alice going to say to Dana? ‘Leave that ho and come be with me coz we’re destined’- I’m close right? 3. Aww Shane’s all grown up and acting like an adult, go her. 4. cough*getdanishtogether*cough :P Man I should not be leaving feedback since I have to go to work in 2hours and I havent been to bed yet, yikes!
