    3 months and three weeks later

    Tina was now 35 weeks pregnant and she really couldn’t get out of the sofa or bed anymore. Her tummy was gigantic and Bette knew Tina was close to give birth to their kids. She had already packed some clothes in a bag behind the door. Normally a quadruplet was born around 31or 32 weeks. They didn’t want to schedule the birth because they wanted that Kyra got to be inside the womb as long as possible. While the other kids weighed about 1.5 kg while little Kyra only weighed 1.3kg. All the kids would be in the NICU. Maybe for a month or two.

    Tina and Bette were lying in bed when suddenly: “Au, shit.” Tina cursed. Bette immediately jumped up.

    “What’s wrong?”

    “Pain… my stomach.” Tina said. “I think they are coming.”   

    “Oh my God.” Bette said and took her cellphone, calling an ambulance. After that, she changed into clothes and was done just when the ambulance arrived. They moved Tina inside and they drove to the hospital

    “I’m scared, Bette.” Tina confessed. Bette stroked her lover’s face.

    “I know, baby, but it’s going to be fine.” She said. Another contraction hit and Tina clenched her jaw.The babies had to get out. This was hurting.

    They arrived at the hospital; Tina was soon changed into a hospital gown and moved to a room. After five hours, Tina was moved to another bed and had to begin pushing. She almost broke Bette’s hand but Bette didn’t say anything, she knew Tina was in much more pain. Bette didn’t understand why Tina wanted to give birth without pain medication but it was her decision and the babies were in a good position so it was perfectly possible.

    “Okay, Tina, one push and your first baby will be here.” Dr. Wilson said. Tina pushed and suddenly, a cry filled the air.

    “It’s a boy.” The Dr. said before giving the baby to a nurse who rushed him to the NICU.

    After Tina pushed three more times, another baby got out.

    “Here is your second baby boy.” The doctor said. Bette was smiling so hard right now.

    “They are so beautiful,” She said to Tina while their second born was also being transported to the NICU.

    8. Glad that Tina and the babies are doing well for now. It will take some time for the babies to be 100% but they will get there, Bette just has to patient with their progress because they are so fragile right now. Great update. Thanks.
