Part 4
After many negotiations with Shoalin, Helena finally agreed to terms to host the party. Shoalin had agreed to compensate Buzz for all the inconvenience of having to move the existing reservations. The agreement would be 1 ½ times whatever was the Buzz’s historical highest night sale, plus the costs of the night’s event. Additionally, part of the negotiation was that Shoalin would hold their Oscar night party at The Shark Bar. Much to a Helena’s pleasure, the revenue of that single night would finally put Buzz in the black. She had been personally supporting the restaurants since they opened but saw the negative balance sheets getting smaller and smaller each month. This event put her in the black and took a lot of self-induced pressure off her.
With the usual Peabody charm, she is able to apologize and give concessions to the clients who had to further delay their taste of the Buzz. Once the negotiations and main plans for the night was completed, Tasha took over the day to day management of the project and worked out the finer points of the nights events with Shoalin. With her usual military precision and discipline, she planned out and oversaw all the logistics of the night. Helena trusted Tasha to ensure the night would be a success for everyone involved.
In turning over the minutia of the event to Tasha, Helena was freed to continue using her charm and wiles to promote her restaurant group and to get the well heeled customers to be looser with their wallets and budgets. This, of course, also allowed her to flirt with the high heeled variety of her clients to her heart’s content.
Alice was still reluctant to accept Helena’s new one hit only persona. Surely, Helena had lost her mind with all her personal loses. For God sakes, Helena cannot be sane and refuse a second date with the highly desirable and super sexy Raquel da Silva. One Saturday morning while having brunch at The Planet, Helena, Shane and Alice discussed what had become Alice’s new favorite topic.
“Raquel da Silva! You fucked Raquel da Silva, you say it was incredible but you would not go out with her again? I don’t understand this at all Helena,” stated Alice to a nonchalant Helena, “I would give my left tit just to sit next to her. Helena, I was worried about you before but now I know you have definitely lost your marbles.”

Gosh this is good stuff, I could so feel the pain Helena was going through? As for Tina that’s so typical for her not even think twice about her actions, gosh I hate that woman sometimes.Can’t wait for more and find out if Dylan is gonna give up and leave it at that, I hope not cause I know for sure deep down Helena still has a lot of feelings for Dylan. PPS
Feel so sad for Helena, Dylan tried to make aments she gave the pictures and Money back,They really need to talk this out. Maybe some of the hyrt wpild gp away. thanks
i hate dylan and what she did to helena was reprehensible…where the f… is tina’s head at? I’d make a suggestion but its too crude…plz don’t put dylan and helena back 2gether. helena is too good for the biatch!!!! Send the beautiful Raquel back to mend Hel’s heart and cause dylan more pain; its all she deserves…sorry to be so hardass but I hate seeing helena hurt, sje’s a honey. pps
U all know I love me some Tina and so I think this was so out of character for her to be so inconsiderate. What’s up with her? Is she PMSing? or plain over tired from her work? Bette did say she was feeling like a widow or something!!!! C’mon T wakey wakey…take a 24 hour break with your wife and get your head back on.
I know I’m late to comment but I am catching up on this wonderful story! I love that you brought Dylan back! Yeah! Clearly Helena was becoming a person even her friends didn’t recognize. It will be painful but she must move past the hurt she felt with Dylan if she is to fall in love once more. Thanks for the great story!

So much drama! I love that you brought Dylan back. Like everyone else, I hated what Dylan did to our Helena, but they had so much heat and lust and she was clearly the love of Helena’s life. I know they can work it out, but it will take a lot of time and effort on Dylan’s part to soften that hard-hearted Helena. Bring it on!
