    Bette and Helena knowing themselves and each other… trying to find whats up with their futures and pasts…
    A second chance for love and friendship

    Helena left the building thinking about the next weeks… it was so long the last time she took time for holidays that she couldn’t even remember… two weeks with her kids… it’s going to be great…

                Once at home with everything ready for the travel, she called again Winnie and left her a message on her voce mail. Hi Winnie, it’s me again… I thought that if you don’t care and if you haven’t told the kids about my visit don’t tell them. I want to surprised them, I want to see her faces…Winnie… Thank you.

                The next calls were for Alice and Bette just reaching again her machines, Helena left the same message to both her friends saying that everything was ok, but that she was leaving to New York to spend some time with the kids and that she would call them from New York.

                When Al listened the message she thought Helena had gone crazy. What the hell was she going on holidays now that she needed to work to have money? Alice was sure that Helena hadn’t got on her vocabulary nothing related to free time, or at least not until then.

                Bette, on the other side, thought that Helena was being adult wanting to spend more time with her children and trying to show Winnie that she really care for Wilson and Jun. Bette was really happy for Helena, she whished her as much happiness as possible.

                When Winnie listened the message on the phone she started thinking that Helena was dying and that she wanted her children to have good memories of her… but she decided to keep Helena’s visit in secret… That idea was based on the woman she met, loved and hated in a few years. The woman she married and then divorced would never leave her job if it wasn’t really important, something as Helena used to say of life or death. However Winnie had forgotten why she felt in love with Helena, if she would have remembered that she would understood why Helena was flying to New York.

                The three on them were in some way right. After the weekend Helena had understood that what she really wanted was to be herself and to have a family, not being the Peabody heiress. She wanted to find love, to have her children around her… the real Helena was coming out…

    2. I love this Not a lot of stories makes you feel happy now. Seeing Helena and Winnie getting alone and Helena with her children.that says a lot. Now to the good part. Bette and Helena in the same city,thesame place at the same time. Gotta love Alice thanks

    4. Great chapter. Wow, that Alice is quite smart. I hope Helena and Bette will have that dinner together. They should spend some time with one another.

    5. Alice is great at getting other people together. I like this idea of hers. Now that she has pushed them both in the right direction, lets hope they can figure out the rest of it on their own without Alice intervention. Great chapter!!
