    Upstate New York…Bette’s parents house…Bette and Kit meet up…And Bette has a request of her own…And so does Tina…


    Bette opens the door and calls Tina…They all enter the room with rest of the family…Melvin stands and approaches Tina…He extends his hand and says…

    Melvin: “hi…I’m Elizabeth’s father…Melvin”

    Tina: “hi…Melvin…I’m Bette’s girlfriend Tina…Tina Kennard…”

    Melvin: “hello Tina…it’s a pleasure to meet you…”

    Tina: “the same’s here…”

    Melvin and Tina shake hands for the first time…

    Upstate New York…Bette’s parents house…

    That night…

    Bette and Tina head to Bette’s bedroom…Tina enters the room and sits down on the bed…Bette closes the door and locks it…She walks over to Tina…Tina smiles and looks into her eyes…

    Tina: “I’m so proud of you”

    Bette: “you are?…I thought my heart was gonna explode through my chest…I was so nervous…”

    Tina: “I know what you mean…but atleast things will be bette now…”

    Bette: “yeah…hopefully…I just hope that he mean it”

    Tina: “I’m sure he does…look on the bright side…atleast your have one father instead of three of them…”

    Bette laughs…

    Bette: “yeah…tell me about it…”

    Bette looks down at her watch…

    Bette: “oh *****…”

    Tina: “what?”

    Bette: “I forgot to call Kit”

    Tina: “whose that?”

    Bette: “oh…she’s my sister…my half sister…you remember I told you that I called her the other day?”

    Tina: “I remember…”

    Bette gets her cell and calls Kit…

    Kit: “hey Bette”

    Bette: “hey”

    Kit: “so are we on for later?”

    Bette: “we are…but there will be thee of us instead of two…Tina’s in town…she arrived a day earlier”

    Kit: “okay…bring her too…”

    Bette: “great…so where are we meeting?”

    Kit: “at Rosie’s…it’s ladies night tonight…I think you both will enjoy it…It’s a club…”

    Bette: “okay….so what time?”

    Kit: “nine…fifteen…the club doesn’t open until ten….and the first twenty that arrive by ten get in for free…”

    Bette: “okay…we’ll be there”

    Bette ends the call…

    8:45 p.m..

    Bette’s house…

    Bette and Tina are dressed and ready to head to the club…Bette grabs her keys and purse…

    Bette: “Tina..are you almost ready?”

    Tina: “yeah…I lost my earring?”

    Bette: “what?”

    She heads out the bathroom into her bedroom…

    Tina: “I said…I can’t find my earring…I lost it”

    Bette: “where were you last when you had it?”

    Tina: “right here…where I’m standing…”

    Bette: “it can’t be that hard to find T…the carpet’s white”

    Bette gets down on her knees and searches for the blond’s earring…She finds it…
