Eric: here you go
Bette: thanks…
She slides the last quarter in…
Bette: there…
Eric: so are you from around here?
Bette: yes….I am. I’m originally from Chicago and I relocated down here in search of living a new life. I’m currently staying with a friend but I’m looking to buy a house here
Eric: well today is your lucky day
Bette: what?
Eric: I’m a real estate agent
Bette: a real estate agent?
Eric: yes here is my business card. Give me a call when if you ever decide when you are ready to purchase your own home
Bette reads the card

Eric writes down another number and gives the card back to Bette…
Bette: what number is this?
Eric: oh it’s my house number.
Bette: your house number?…
Eric: yeah the number that you’ll when your ready for me to pick up on on our date tomorrow night
Bette jumps back and laughs…Placing her hand on her chest…
Bette: smooth…I liked the way that you swung that in… that was nice. But what I really wanna know is how will your girlfriend feel about this?
Eric: girlfriend…I don’t have one. I’m single me and my ex-girlfriend broke up about 2 months ago
Eric looks sad…
Bette: oh that’s too bad
Eric: isn’t it. She’s so ***** selffish always wanting everything her way. I’m glad the hard parts over. I need something new in my life…you know someone like you
Bette was taken back by the phrase but wasn’t surprise…He had a good thing and didn’t know…”Dumb *****” is what she thought…She wanted and needed more…***** she thought this would help Tina decide what’s best for her…
Bette: if you feel that way then why are you with her?
Eric: I don’t know…but enough about her. Now call me about that date
Bette: oh don’t worry I will
Bette smiles…She has evil written all over…Eric doesn’t think much of it and leaves…Bette turns away heading for the station…She couldn’t believe how he just dissed her and down talked her like she wasn’t nothing…She said “who the ***** did he think he was…the ***** untouchable…that selffish, ungrateful, self-”
Tina: Bette what are you doing here?
Bette jumps back distracted and lost…
Bette: I ah…I came to see you
Bette smiles…
Tina: why?
The smiles disappears…
Bette: why?…because I missed you and I wondered about you last night when you left the party
Tina: well you could have called?
Bette: yeah but I lost you number
Tina: it doesn’t surprise me
Tina turns and walks away…
Bette: Tina…I know that things are complicated right now but I really need your ear at the moment
Tina: not interested
Bette still continues to follow her…
Bette: Tina…can you atleast stop for a sec?
Bette turns Tina around and looks into her eyes…
Bette: last night when we were at-
Tina: save it Bette…me and Eric are back together ok. We might of said somethings that we really don’t mean but we’re both trying to work at it. Now I’m sorry that I might have led you to think otherwise but my mind is made up and I’m sorry to have involved you in any thing that you should have never been exposed to. But with Eric is where I want to be and I think that the reason why he came back was because he really missed me and he still very much loves me. And I would appreciate it if you allowed me to be with him. Please now we can be friends and forget about what I said the other night. It didn’t mean anything. It was just words that’s all nothing else
Tina turns to leave…She makes her way to her office 20 feet away leaving Bette standing in the hall…
Bette: but he doesn’t love you
Bette sadly turns and leaves the station…

and again, nobody’s talking to each other, tina is too angry to listen and if bette was determined she would make her listen…lack of communications is a road to hell
ohh drama..drama..why those 2 hard head cant talk????i know Tina is angry but at least she have to listen what Bette have to say and then decide…i hope Bette set up for pig Eric and Tina will be there to see..great chappy V post soon thanks :o)

i’m in agreeance with pandora, lets let bette and tina roast eric over open flames. he’s truly a piece of shit. the sad part is that i know several men like him and it’s sickening. but please let these two talk too each other. they need each other. please post soon. PEACE.
Damn, these girls really fail at communicating. I hate to say it, but I want to shake Tina for going back to Eric. This choosing someone who’s less than what you want is junior high/high school bullcrap (I know because I did that a couple of times and yes I realize it was mean).

Bette should’ve just explain that this all was a mistake because she thought Tina was engaged so she try to be happy for her and move on, they make things so.hard sometimes but hey what is a Tibette story without the drama
