After a stressful week, Tina and I had our first official outing as a couple. We had gone out several times the past week, but weekends in WEHO was a time to announce yourself newly single or in a new relationship. Kit was having her annual Friday night party, Twat the Night, at The Planet. With Jackson spending time at Eric’s family’s cabin, they took the opportunity to go out and have fun.

Tina put on her tightest black dress that fell just above her knees. The top was so tight that her breasts were pushed together. I salivated at the thought of running my tongue between them. I chose to wear a matching black power suit, one I haven’t worn since I quit attending my father’s cocktail parties. It was a little snug, but hugged my body in all the right places accentuating my curves. I wore a white dress shirt and topped it off with my favorite black pumps.

As I watched Tina sit on the bed and slip her black pumps on and fiddle with her hair, I smiled and couldn’t believe how lucky I was to have her. But then I remembered my luck came at someone else’s expense. I really wanted to talk to Eric and apologize, but as Tina explained, he didn’t want to see or hear from me, ever.

We got to The Planet and the party had already started. We parked, got out, and made our way through the huge crowd. Kit always saved a table for us, in a crowd free part of the club. Shane was already there sipping a beer and relaxing.

“Hey Shaney, you’re here early.”

“Well, I wanted to get here early to see her,” Shane said pointing to the DJ booth.

“She’s a DJ as well?”

“Yep, for extra cash, Kit has Carmen spin on Friday and Saturday nights.”

“Well she’s really amazing at it,” Tina said looking around at all the women who were dancing and singing.

“She really is,” Shane said and smiled, “how are things going with you two?”

“Things are going; I’m still looking for a job.”

“School is getting a little tough for me, a lot of tests and studying.”

“Well, you can do it Porter,” Shane said and hesitated, “I wanted to say something before Alice gets here and make it the topic of discussion but a lot of people miss you at work Tina.”
