    “You are fantastic – I swear to you Tina that my polecat days are over. I just want to be with you all the time and to make love and to share everything with you. Suddenly love songs on the radio make sense. “

     

    Bette kissed Tina’s neck softly before resting against her back – she liked the feeling of her breasts against Tina’s skin. For several minutes neither spoke – Bette was content to let Tina speak or not speak depending on how she felt.

     

    “I never expected it to be as good as this – its better than anything I have known. In a way that makes me sad – that I thought what I had with the men in my life was real – it wasn’t. It doesn’t compare to this – to what happened in that bed between the two of us. I just know that its shaken me up “

     

    “All new relationships feel intense – you forget the good times that you have had in the past with other ex.‘s. I am sure that Henry and Eric cared for you “

     

    “Eric has me still on a pedestal – I was just thinking about how I am going to let him down. I am not sure how he is going to take it “

     

    “Its up to you whether you come out “

     

    “No – I want to. I am have lived a lie for a long time but that’s not how its going to be. Anyway – I want to go out with you and not be afraid of running into someone that I know”

     

    “I will support you anyway that I can – you know that don’t you ?”

     

    “Yes – because you are amazing -thank you Bette “

     

    Bette yawned and looked out of the window.

     

    “The sun will be coming up soon “

     

    Tina turned “ Lets go down to the beach and watch it “

    “What ?”

     

    “Our first full day as lovers – the start of a whole new era for us “

     

    “Okay “ Bette couldn’t believe that she had just agreed to Tina’s request. But she was in love – it was the sort of silly thing that lovers did – and Tina was right – it was the start of a new chapter for both of them.

     

    They both dressed in shorts, tee-shirts and sandals – in a few minutes they left their suite via the patio windows and walked past their private hot tub and the cool clear waters of the hotel pool. The beach was only a three minute walk from the hotel. At that time of the night they were the only people on it – a long and perfect stretch of perfect sand and the soft sound of the water lapping onto the shoreline. Far out on the horizon there was a tiny hint of the sun pushing its way up. Tina took hold of Bette’s hand as they walked together

Hello Ally, Good thing is every episode is finished and will not be affected by the strike, unfortunately the bad news is even the strike makes it harder for a new season to be approved :(… I absolutely love this story, the back and forth between Tina and Bette is so spot on, I love how open they are with one another about their lives.     11. Even today, I feel that Bette’s love for Tina is just how you expressed in this story, complete and totally fulfilling. They’ve just gone terribly astray. But, hopefully, soon together. PPS.

And at last Bette let Tina know how she really felt, she was honest and open with her and that is as it should be. So now that htey have had that ultimate conversation and on the way back to their room, does this mean that the next chapter will be a hot NC-17? Gosh, I hope so. PPS
