    Chapter 9
    If the vampire’s lair is hoppin’ don’t come a knockin’

    Meanwhile, back at the…Lair

    The ride home had been quiet.  Bette drove and wondered if she should have kept her feelings to herself.  She held Tina’s hand but not her attention it seemed.  The blonde stared out the window until they had reached their destination. As Tina’s silence seemed to have no end, Bette assumed the evening would now be over and possibly everything they had started earlier as well. She stood next to the car, uncomfortably waiting to see what Tina would do. Surprisingly, the blonde walked past her and made her way up the walkway waiting for Bette to open the door.  The brunette continued to follow Tina’s lead.  Keeping silent, Bette opened the door as pensive blonde walked in stopping just past the doorway.  Bette turned to close the door and suddenly felt Tina spin her around.  With all her might she pushed the brunette up against the door and began to ravage her lips with her own. 

    Bette didn’t know what to think but in reality her brain seemed to stop functioning and other parts of her body started doing the thinking for her.  Tina’s hands were burried in her curls, as her mouth continued its assault.  She kissed Bette’s face and down her neck relishing in the coolness of her skin.  The taller woman continued to allow the blonde to have her way.  She was doing her best to keep herself in check wondering how far Tina would want to take this.  She had her answer before long. 

    It came out as the sexiest whisper she had ever heard. “Bette, bedroom, now.”

    She froze for a moment and then took Tina by the hand leading her to bedroom.  Tina smiled entering the room.  She knew it would be as beautiful as the rest of the house and it didn’t disappoint.  The bed linens were crisp and smelled newly laundered.  They looked soft and comfortable but they were classically tasteful, matching the exquisite furniture.  She brought Bette closer and began kissing her once again. Her heart was beating out of her chest.

    “T, wait, please.  We need to talk a minute.”  At this point Bette was doing all the talking as Tina’s assualt on Bette’s neck had started up again.  She moaned as she kissed her letting her hands explore the brunette’s fit body a little more freely.  Bette grabbed Tina by the wrists.  “T, stop. Please.”  Tina had no choice. Bette was inhumanly strong yet still managed not to hurt her. She let go and Tina sat down on the edge of the bed.
