They went downstairs together to the main floor, and took a turn at the laundry room. Bette let Tina walk ahead in the narrow hallway, trying desperately not to get caught staring again. She didn’t want Tina to think that’s all she was thinking about.
Tina really hoped Helena wasn’t in there. ‘Damn Helena,’ she thought to herself with frustration, walking down the long hall. The girl had made passes at her numerous times, and asked her openly about her sexuality, but Tina didn’t feel comfortable disclosing her personal information to her. She really didn’t want to run into the girl with Bette at her side. She would be embarrassed about this aggressive girl constantly approaching her. She really preferred Bette didn’t know about it at all.
They finally turned into the room and it was empty – relieving them both. Bette wanted more chances to let her eyes take in Tina’s delightful body, and Tina was glad it would be a drama-free laundry trip.
"Pieszecki said she was coming in for a bit," Tina smiled, opening the washer to take her clothes out. "Oh yay, no one stole them."
Bette chuckled, sitting on one of the machines while she watched Tina bend over to take her clothes out and transfer them to a dryer. "She’s a great friend," she smiled, her eyes lingering helplessly.
Tina giggled, bending again to take more laundry out. "I can tell."
"But also a bit annoying at times," Bette chuckled, crossing her arms, "She always makes me look stupid." She loved the quiet way Tina’s flip-flops sounded against the tile floor. The way she moved was so beautiful.
Tina smiled, working at a relaxed pace. "Yeah, I’ll bet that gets to you. She lets you know you’re less than perfect? … That’s what real friends are for."
Bette shook her head, "Whatever. Hey, maybe if we see her, we can thank her for doing a terrible job at guarding our flag the other day."
Tina laughed, winding back and hitting Bette’s legs with a wet shirt. "Hey! … You be nice. It was mucky out there, and difficult to even walk without falling over."
Bette smiled as Tina finished with the laundry as another girl walked in and put her clothes into a washer. They were all quiet until the girl left, and then Tina leaned on a machine opposite to Bette and brought herself up to sit on it too. "So."

Just got caught up with the last few chapters. I’m so glad these guys are letting their attraction to each other show. They’re so cute together. I just hope they do as well with their talking as they do with their kissing….they both have a way of accidentally offending each other :)

I thought they were going down to put some “bounce” in Tina’s dryer scmfao (sitting chuckling my fucking ass off). < I wonder if the profanity will show up in the comment. So we go from "laundry" to "watching tv" to quote one of my favorite poets Nelly "it's getting hot in here so take off all your clothes." What's next "cooking with shake and bake". Talk? who said they needed to talk? I think they just need to allow their emotions to show. Then they can talk-once they build the trust by accepring their feelings the talking will come naturally.
Wow wow wow! Bette has some serious control power. My mind would be spinning somuch I wouldn’t even remember how to talk lol. I enjoyed the teasing from the laudry room to Tina’s room. It was great! lol and that kiss?! Oh boy. I hope Bette and Tina get done with the talking soon and back to kissing lol. But seriously I am happy that they are talking. They need to talk for a while.
