    Chapter 11

    A Complete AR

    Shane knocked briefly on Tina’s front door before picking up the scent of delicious Italian food.  She allowed her nose to lead the short distance to the dining area.  Her hostess was dressed in a plaid apron and she appeared to be finishing the final touches on a multiple course feast.   

    “Something smells incredibly good, TK!  Oh, Wow!  I know that smile anywhere.  You so totally got laid!” Shane said as she walked toward Tina for a proper greeting.

    Tina turned from the island countertop and met her friend beside the dinning room table, giving her a chaste kiss on the lips, followed by a tight hug.  She felt more relaxed with Shane’s arrival.  The events of the past 48 hours had challenged Tina’s tenacity.    

    She pointed toward the cushioned seat and said, “Hush.  Sit please.  This evening’s meal features a selection of antipasto, a Caesar salad, fresh garlic bread, four-cheese lasagna, and an Italian Buttercream cake drizzled with vanilla spice frosting.  I have also selected a fine chardonnay from a winery in the hills above Florence, although you are welcome to choose an alternate beverage from the bar.” She bowed slightly and proceeded to carry the Caesar salads from the island to the dinning room table.

    “So do I get to know who the lucky woman was or are you keeping me in suspense?” Shane’s smile lit up the room.  She took a seat as directed and started to fill a small plate with antipasto.

    “Hmm…you know me…I don’t kiss and tell.  But maybe after a few glasses of wine…”

    “TK!  Alright, I’ll work it out of you.  You are positively glowing so it must have been memorable.  Not to change the topic but this looks and smells fabulous!”

    “I’m always happy to see you and feed you, Shane.  I figured I need to do my part for the Stop Shane from Starving program.”

    Tina winked in her friend’s direction and took a seat across from her as the two ladies filled their plates full of Italian delicacies.

    “Just so you know…I do eat regularly.” She smiled at Tina.

    Tina nodded towards her friend.  She knew regularly to Shane meant once a day if she was in the mood.

I think more drama lies ahead….Tina wants to be the alph more so and let the roles reverse kind of thing.But she doesnt want Alex to carry all the traits of an alpha but she still loves her.But the Brunette who is she Tina so desperately wants to seek her, so why did she walk away was she spooked by Tina?Or just nervous..?Cant wait for me so Sha loosely set this up for Tk and Alex to meet up…thats nice to help Tk whe she needs it most right.So when is this meeting over lunch with Helena i wonder how well this will go.

I just love the way you write and this story is over the top. If you want to post at 3 in the morning – just let me know – I’ll set the alarm! LOL

    4. I kinda thought Shane set Alex(can I call her that) and Tina up. Hmmm Tina becoming and alpha female. She’s not there yet. She’s still just drawn to them. When she takes control of Helena and sets the rules for their interactions, then goes after mysterious brunette, then I will give her the alpha queen award. Keep it up Eastie(Can I call you that?) Just kidding.

    5. Great chapter, Tina can be all the alpha she wants to be, I love her when she lets hr alpha side show, she is awesome. Can hardly wait to see who the beautiful brunette is on the balcony. PPS
