Its later in the afternoon at The mansion in Malibu.
Eva and Tina are directing the movers where to place the tables, chairs, and other things.

Bette and Sasha are working with Toni, Angela, James, and others from the CAC.
They are placing the huge glass blown art in special places with some of the paintings that Sasha has made herself

Maria, Madison, and Dominic are helping Kit and the musicians set up.
Did you guys hear there is going to be violinist when you first walk in the door playingthey are going five on the balcony when you first walk in. Madison
commented.

Wow this is really going to be an event. Maria says..
I am just in awe it is so fantastic to be a part of Bettes opening as the director of the CAC. Maria and Kit give each other high fives.

Will you ladies excuse meI have to meet with security.. Dominic says as
Geno and Tony follow him.

Its now an hour before the first guest arrives
Sasha and Eva are in their room getting ready.
Shane has come over to help Maria, Tina, and Bette with their hair and make-up.

Wow you look absolutely stunning Bette says as Shane puts the following touches on Tinas make-up.

Bette honey she did a fantastic job on you too.Im not going to let you out of my sighttonight. Tina compliments Bette as she squeezes her around the waist.

Tina I have something for you. Bette whispers in Tinas ear
Bette goes to her Tumi briefcase and pulls out a jewelry box designed with flowers.and stonesShe hands it to Tina.
Bette honey you didnt have to do this Tina looks at it and then Bette and starts to cry.
Honey its just a token of my love for you.I want you to know you are my Queen.
Bette says as she watches Tina open it.
Its gorgeous Tina saysas she gives Bette a kiss.
May I have the honor to put it on for you… Bette fastens the diamond necklace as she kisses Tinas neck
Thank you so much Bette This had to cost a fortune. Tina says with tears in her eyes.
Well I think you are well worth it. I am so lucky to have you. Bette says as she looks into Tinas eyes.

Hey you too dont be missing up my work ! Shane jokes as she is putting Marias make-up on

Just then Dominic rushes up the stairs.Ladiesits time
Maria and Shane go down with Dominic..
Then everyone hears the orchestra playing as Tina and Bette are coming downstairs
arm in arm.
Wow they look like royalty.. Maria whispers to Kit..
Baby girl looks beautifulOh my Tina looks amazing. Kit says to Maria. Sasha and Eva are at the bottom of the staircase looking amazing themselves.
Eva signals for the orchestra to stop playing. She takes the microphone in her hand.

Most of the guests have arrivedThey are standing around dressed up
There are famous singers, actors, actresses, athletes, politicians, and millionaires in attendance.
.Good Evening Ladies and Gentleman..I want to thank you for coming to my home for the opening of the Glass Blown Exhibit Glass, Water, and Flowers Spring 2005.
Normally we would have this at the CAC but this evening we want to have it here with the backdrop of the Pacific Ocean.. The crowd applauses
Also I would like to introduce you to a the first female director of the CAC she is a Yale
Graduate, She has a brilliant eye for the Art.She has traveled the world to see different artists and I think she is going to take the CAC to even higher points then it went with Provocations.

Bette is overwhelmed with emotion she squeezes Tinas hand for encouragement.
Alana is looking at her so proud she could be there for one of highlights of her daughters careerMaria and Kit are in tears..

Thank you so much Eva for that wonderful introduction..I want to thank the CAC board and Eva for this wonderful opportunity.I look forward to serving you in this positionI am so glad that my first event is this fabulous exhibitI want everyone to enjoy themselves this evening and the art work.Thanks again Eva for opening your home to all of us.
