Shane, good old Shane, was the first to respond, tossing the sixpacks on one arm she halfly hugged Tina with the other:
Hey Tina, good to have you here…
The beers almost fell and Tina, Shane and I all reached out to catch them… As my hand stroked T’s I felt overwhelmed by these electical jolts and Shane looked from her to me and smiled…
I’ll get these corona’s in the fridge, you girls want something to eat?
Tina:
*This is awkward*
I sensed her nervousness… I knew she wasn’t trying to hide what was happening between us… But they didn’t even know I left Eric and had stayed with Bette the last week… It dazzled me as I thought how much had happened in that one week… How much love had build up between us…
Ermmm… Guys…
She sounded so terribly insecure… I just had to get out there and support my baby…
*Did I really just think that?*
I chuckled which took away some of the tension as I made my way over to her… She glanced at me, relieve and love were in her eyes and I smiled…
You all remember Tina right? She’s staying here for a while…

I just caught a glimpse of Alices cocked eyebrow as I was pulled into a sweet hug by Shane
Hey Tina, good to have you here…
The sixpacks of beers she was holding unbalanced and I reached out, unaware that Bette had done the same… As we saved the bottles from falling her hand brushed against mine and I felt a tingling jolt run through my body…
I’ll get these corona’s in the fridge, you girls want something to eat?
As Shane suggested food, my stomach responded vividly, and I was glad to hear all the enthousiastic outcries
Taking off her sunglasses she took the bag out of Bette’s hands with a bright smile…
I’ll take care of that
And made her way to the kitchen…
As I sat down, I saw Alice getting to the end of her seat and I smiled

Well the girls figured out something was going on. I wouldn’t have guessed love though. I would’ve figured crying (the area around my lips gets read when I cry) or a bigass makeout session. God these 2 are so cute!!! lol Bette and her puppy dog look. Can everyone say “Awwwww!”?

Again you have acomplished a great chapter. I love it. You are the one who is funny. i should have known that you would have some dutch backgroud. So do I. I was born there, that’s why i am called Marije I presume. As for the jip part, it is slightly related to the ‘jip en Janneke’stories. I have worked with handicapped childeren for a long time. They and my co-workers called me Jip. I don’t exactly know why. Anyway, write more!

Tina getting jealous at Alice touching Bette’s injured knee was an eye opener for her. Bette seemed to get a little thrill at Tina being jealous. I just love the way you are portraying them in your story. Rest assured we realize that your internship comes first and we will all still be here whenever you can manage to post another chapter.
