    Shane chuckled as she drank some more of her coffee. “She’s officially awesome.”

     

    "Proud of yourself?" Tina smirked upon entering the office.

    Bette smiled, keeping her eyes on her work. "Very much so."

    "I like those glasses," Tina smirked, watching Bette look up from her work with her reading glasses sitting on her nose.

    "Fuck you," she grinned, looking back down to her work.

    "I do," Tina persisted, sitting in her own chair. "They make you look like a librarian, sweet pea."

    "Oh fuck off," Bette chuckled, "I need them to read, you bully."

    "You need them?" Tina smiled, "Like I need my bra?"

    Bette looked up with a grin, "Hmm I think I enjoy it much more than you do, darling."

    "That’s only because you know how much I hate that you have it." Tina chuckled, letting out a sigh as she realized she wouldn’t be able to focus with Bette so determined to work. She liked teasing and harrassing her lover.

    "You like it," Bette chuckled, moving her eyes back over her work.

    "I do not."

    "Do too."

    "Are you five?" Tina laughed, getting up from her chair.

    "If I were five I wouldn’t be wearing these glasses."

    Tina laughed. "So, you want me to meet your friends, hmm?" she asked, quickly approaching Bette’s desk.

    "Ohhh no you don’t! I need to get work done!" Bette chuckled, trying to keep her eyes down. ‘Don’t make eye contact. Don’t make eye contact.’

    "But I can’t focus when I see these on you," Tina grinned, leaning on Bette’s desk beside the brunette, reaching to touch the glasses.

    Bette ducked away with laughter, "Heyyy! Why can’t you focus? I thought I looked like a librarian."

    "I didn’t say that was a bad thing," Tina smiled, turning around to lean over Bette’s chair. "I like them," she whispered in Bette’s ear.

    "Stop," Bette chuckled, "You and I both need to get work done."

    "Mmm let me try them on," Tina chuckled, "I want to look like a librarian too."

    "No," Bette whined as Tina slipped them off and put them on herself. They had cute thick black frames, but they suited Bette more than Tina.

    "How do I look?" Tina chuckled as Bette grabbed for them.

    "T-" she started with a smile, trying to feign frustration. She admitted only to herself how adorable Tina looked.

    23. This was one of the most entertaining chapters yet…James and Mon listening at the door like a couple of horny teenagers..Tina enacting her payback on Bette in front of her friends killing two birds with one stone in regards to Alice and Bettee…awh they are so equally match in this one.
