The L word: Tina Kennard’s lost background

When she looked back, her eyes nearly popped out…”Oh my god…what the hell…”

“Bette! Language! I don’t want to hear that near my granddaughter!” Melvin Porter said.

“You never did actually accept her as your granddaughter, so don’t tell me what I can say and what I can’t say in front of her!” Bette said angrily.

“That’s my girl!” Melvin said cheerfully…

Bette shook her head few times, Kit and the girls were still in the same position they were before…“Daddy? How…why…but you are…I was…there when you…” Bette was rambling over her words, in absolute horror. She couldn’t believe on her eyes. Her own father stood in front of her, wearing strange cloths…“What are you wearing?” Bette frowns her forehead, titling her head a little…

“Don’t you like it?” Melvin holds of his wrapper, swinging it a little … “It shows my wisdom”

    “Your wisdom?” Bette asked

“Yes my wisdom, I’m kind of advisor up there…”

“I can’t believe he’s up there” Alice whispered to Kit making her chuckling…Bette rose an eyebrow….Kit elbowed her.

“Ok…besides discussing fashion, why you called me here…” Melvin said, sounding serious.

“I didn’t call…you…I called for a….umm…Jinks what was it?” Bette turns, asking for some reminding.

    “Wisdom advisor…” Jinks whispered

“I called for Wisdom advisor…damn…how small the…um…world is…” Bette mumbled

“Ok…now, back to the question. What kind of advise you need…” Melvin clapped with his hands, walking to the couch sitting down. He set next to Alice, and turned his head to her…”Oh, by the way Dana says hi,” Melvin said, patting her shoulder. Alice smiled awkwardly, not knowing what to say back…

“Umm…thank…I guess…how she is?” Alice asked, but immediately regretting for her question.

    “Dead…” Melvin simply said…

“Daddy listen…I need your help…tell me how to find Aldemir…” Bette said, playing with her own hands…

“You can’t!” Melvin rose from his seat, walking further…

“So, that’s it?” This is your wisdom advice?” Bette asked in disbelieve…”The life of my…Tina’s life is depending on me…you remember her right? Tina, my girlfriend…Ms Kennard…”

“Yes, I perfectly know who she’s!” Melvin said, crossing his arms behind his back….”And just because I know who she’s I’m telling you this…you can’t find Aldemir…no one can, no one knows who or where he is…he’s not in our jurisdiction…you have to ask…” He points down at the gourd…”He knows better than I do…”
