The L Word: Tina Kennard’s lost background

In the other said of the city Tina was busy, working on some script she got in the last minute. The tension from this morning was there, and still making her uneasy and tangling inside her stomach. Tina felt guilty. Guilty, but for what reason? She couldn’t fine the sensible answer on this question. A million dollars question, whit more than one option, leading more question and lockets doors. What if she hadn’t suppressed her anger this morning, what if she hurt Bette for no earthly reason, and so many “what ifs?”, and so not enough time! What if Vicky was right those years ago and Tina never believe her.  She was dragged out of her thoughts, when the annoying buzz of her cell announced for incoming message. She looked at the display, and small smile formed on her lips. It was from Bette, her Bette, the only person on this world, after Angelica she was ready to fight for, to kill for and even to die for. Tina read the message, and let a giggle, she liked the playful side of her partner.

…” Do you like math? If so add a bed subtract our clothes divide your legs and we can multiply!”…

Tina tipped some answer, this made her day. She was glad that Bette wasn’t angry at her for this morning events. Tina knew that she has to talk to her partner, to try and explains the reasons causing her uneasiness. For all the time they were together, Tina briefly mentioned her past, or her family members. Bette tried to be patient, and understandable, she knew enough for Tina, and that was all she needed.

Later that day, Tina had enough of the movie studio, so she calls it a day and headed home. She well knew that Bette was up to something, so she decide to surprise her partner and came home early than usual. She was walking to her car, when a strange chill ran down on her spine. It was middle of June; it couldn’t be the cold wind or maybe she was getting sick.  She felt like someone was watching her, Tina looked around, but there was no one. The busy avenue was full of people but no one familiar. She climbed inside, and speeded down the street.
