“But Alice seems to think that she has a winning hand here “
Helena and Tina were discussing the Alice vs. Bette contest in much the same way that two commentators would describe the players in a tennis match. Tina nodded –
“Well she always does I’m afraid Helena “
“Delusional tendencies ? “
“Sad but true “
“Knock it off you two – this time – I am going to have Bette begging me to leave her alone “
“Bring it on Alice “

Tina smiled at the scene she was a part of . Bette was in great form tonight – clever and kind at the same time. Tina knew that she was very lucky to be given a second chance to share her life with this amazing woman.
“So Alice – you claim to have seen Tina and I making love ? “
“It was the two of you making out “
“You are going to have to be more specific Alice. We made out a lot “
“About three years ago we had all been to that new club across town – Illusions and we went back to your place for coffee. We all left just after 1am – I got home and realised I’d left my mobile at your place so I came back. The lights were still on so I walked in “
“See — right there Al – you walked right in. You never knock do you ? “
“Well if I had I wouldn’t have seen what I did “
“Which was – come on Alice – cut to the chase “ Bette smiled at Tina as their hands touched the others thigh.
“You two making out “
“Alice – you need to give more details than that – who was doing who ? “
Tina asked letting her hand slide down Bette’s thigh and rest on her knee.
“You were naked on the sofa enjoying every lesbian’s favourite number “
“And you naturally left the house to give us the privacy that most people can expect in their own home ? “ Bette asked dryly

It was nice to see Bette let out all of her inner pain that lead to her leaving the country. The pain that both of them felt was finally revealing itself to each other. That overwhelming pain was at last being set free from both of them. Even in your time of pain you bring us joy. Thank you for this chapter.

Ally, this chapter is something else. It evoked so many different emotions in me that for once I can’t find the right words to discribe how this chapter made me feel. So let me just say this—what a great chapter.

How in Alice’s estimation did 69 cease being sex and get relegated to making out? Oh well, the woman has many curious ideas, like lusting after the male ‘lesbian’. i am usually a silent reader, but i just had to thank you for what a certain part of your chapter has done for me. let me just put it this way–one of your descriptions of Tina making love to Bette has reached certain parts that other chapters cannot.

Hey Ally, hope you had a really good weekend. reading this post made my morning. you really know how to incorporate depth and range. At one point i was laughing and at another point almost crying.
