Tina’s ex ?

Bette replied, her voice ultra cool somehow hiding her increasing nausea looking at the man who now had what she has taken for granted for so long.
Bette raised her eyebrow at Shane – Shane nodded.
Okay – Alice, Bette and I will be at the Planet if you intent to join us Tina.
Bette began to walk again – she felt limitlessly sad. He was so unworthy of Tina. He did not deserve that devastatingly perfect woman.
Alice put a supporting hand on Bette’s back knowing how tough she would find seeing Tina and Henry.
They reached Shane’s car that she had borrowed for the day. Bette turned back to look at Tina and Henry. Alice touched Bette’s hand.
He is a prize jackass.
He looks it – but I am beyond biased when it comes to her.
Is she happy ?
Bette said to Shane.
Hard to say – she doesn’t talk to us much. We only see her about once a week when she comes to the Planet for lunch.
Why ?
Henry doesn’t think much of Tina’s lesbian past.
Thinks we might recontaminate her with Sappho- fever.
Shane said – she hated seeing Tina with Henry. And if Bette knew that it wasn’t all apple pie and trips to the play park for Tina she might be prepared to fight for
her true love.
Bette felt tears begin to run down her face.
He won’t let her hang out with you guys ?
He couldn’t ban her – but he hates all of us.
Does she still have the house ?
Yes – she hasn’t sold it – -technically she still lives there. She tried to sell it at first but she took it off the market after six weeks. It was a kind gesture Bette — giving her the house.
Kindness doesn’t come into it – she deserved it. The paintings I kept have bought me a lovely home and my son will have everything he needs.
Bette managed to dry her eyes.
Come on – my son needs some food after his earlier gymnastic display.
Get into the car Bette – the first coffee is on me.
I stopped drinking coffee the hour I found out I was pregnant.
Oh man – really ? No coffee ? Remind me never to get pregnant.
Bette took one final look at Tina who looked at her at the same time. Bette summoned up all her inner strength and gave her the big Bette Porter smile. Tina blushed with happiness and smiled back with her loveliest smile.
Neither yet aware that tiny parts of their hearts had began the process of becoming one again.

What an idiot Henry is, get rid of him now, get Tina back with Bette as soon as possible, love that Bette is pregnant in this story. Please continue your great writing of the both stories, you are writing. Look forward to more.
What the hell is it with some men (not all as I have met some nice men in my 26 years) who think being annoying is cute? If any of my old boyfriends from way back when had pinched my ass in public I probably would’ve broken their hand.

I felt so sad reading this, yet happy, that just maybe if they’re paths could cross, the love they have for each other would take care of the rest. Hopefully, it will, and knowing you, we know we won’t be disappointed. Love how she didn’t know Helena yet. Henry, OMG, too much to say, just has to go. So can’t wait for your next update, on both stories.
First I am loving this story. But I just have one thing to say I really hope that you make tina relaizes she also played a part in thier demise as a couple way before the affair. Alot of fanfic tend to portray tina as this perfect angelic being and Bette as an heartless orge. Let’s face it if she was so perfect, why did bette have an affair? Looking forward to the next chapter.

So they smile through the tears. Are you making referrence to the grand Hollywood style of the 30s, 40s, and 50s known as “weepers”? I think your story rather feels like a weeper, at least so far.
I won’t say a word about Henry… he is an ass!!!!!!! I hope Bette will start the fight to get Tina back really soon. Will T break down when they are back together? I mean she must feel like she was the reason that they lost there son so Bette being pregnant of her son must be hard. PS the smile/blush ending was so romantic I hope you will write more of those little moments.

in response to your comment, i feel that sleep is over-rated, yes i luv to sleep in on the weekends, but i’m not the one who is writing not one, but two totally engaging, cliffhanging stories, that leaves her readers begging for more, therefore, i think one chapter of each DAILY is not being tooooo greedy!!!

Well, Bette’s back for sure. I’ll say it forever, how can a woman go back to a man after feasting a woman. Yet, some do, they must be out of their minds. Ally you’re the best, well, one of the best.

I don’t get it. If it’s Bette who left after messing things up, then why their friends estrange Tina? Just because she’s with Henry, the royal asshole? Why is Bette acting like Tina wronged her?
Okay, I can testify that this author really does need her sleep, as there has been several times when she has almost fallen asleep while we were talking on the phone and it was only 11pm her time. She loves her sleep! Now Ally I really like this new story of yours and hope you take all your readers advice and lose Henry very soon. We need our loving Bette and Tina back together where they belong.

OH Ally I could kiss you (but I do not want to get beaten up by your girlfriend) for giving our girls a chance of putting their lives back in order. The Universe has been off kilter since IC screwed it up, but you are beginning to put it back on it’s axis again. Love both stories and yes please remember to sleep but then put that pen to the paper.

Yay an update…I really like this story…but you know in both your stories bette and tina aren’t exactly happy…so we have happiness come soon it atleast one of them…haha…they are both really great stories…hope to see more soon!
