the misadventures of Evan-Marie:the girl episode part 9 (sequeal to who holds…)
Yeah I had a couple of friends here and there. No one really close. Then I bumped into Eric. Literally bumped into him. My papers scattered all over the floor covered with his hot chocolate. My newly written ten page English paper…long hand, covered with steaming hot marshmellowy brown liquid. We were both not looking where we were going but neither of us admitted to it at the time. I was pissed. The paper I had sweated over for days was now ruined. And I had no way of recovering it. I know what youre thinking, didnt I own a computer. Well, no, I didnt. And it wouldnt have mattered. I preferred writing my papers long hand. I enjoyed it. Anyway, I yelled at him. He yelled at me. We ended up arguing. I won when he realized how stupid his argument was. A cup of hot chocolate could be replaced. What were the changes of me writing a better paper in eight hours? Less than 15% would be my guess. He apologized and suggested an idea that I thought was equally as stupid as his argument. Blowing drying my paper. He said. then I could rewrite it for you or type it. Which ever you want. It worked. We spent the night drying and rewriting my paper. After that night, Eric asked me out. I was unsure of him but decided what the *****, why not. Well, after that night we winded up dating.
Okay, I still wasnt sure what her story had to do with me or Lindsey.
I was with Eric up until I met your mother. And she blew me away. I had an attraction to a woman I had just met. But that wasnt the issue for me then, it was the fact that she was a woman. But besides that, I knew that I wanted to be with her and not Eric anymore. I knew that immediately. But how could I just break it off with him. It wasnt easy. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do. He had always treated me good. Taught me a lot of things. Including things about ***** that I never knew.
I blushed at the mention of her and *****.

Great chapter. Hope Tina knows what she is talking about.
I’m glad to see an update on this story!! I feel bad for Lindsey and Evan! Hope everything works out !
Where have you been. I have been waiting for you to continue this story. Thank you tho.
Glad to see you post this update. Tina is right but Lindsay just doesn’t want to hear that. I’m shocked that a 15 year old would take the advice of their know nothing old so old mother;-)
Runaway this was a great chapter! I have to admit that I was a little disappointed that Evan is backing away from Lindsay when things just seem to be getting interesting between them! But I will begrudgingly admit that Tina did make a good point! Can’t wait for your next post!
aww that is so sad……
OMG…what a parent thing to do!! Man, but I do understand Tina…she should be enjoying her life, but a life without a relationship isn’t all what its cracked up to be…take me for an example! I’m 19, never dated, never is allowed to hang out, head always stuck in a book (well except for fanfiction time), don’t really have any other friends except my best friend (God knows I love her)…but a girl needs more in life…ya know what I mean=/? I’m missing out on my life because all I do is what my mother tells me to do…sad I know…sorry didn’t mean to go into my whole life story…AWESOME chapter Tee=P…Please update soon!
So…Tina goes from being wrapped up completely in one man to being wrapped up completely in…
one woman!
How is she able to counsel Evan??? Okay, I understand her point.
Juliet and Juliet – when will Helena enter the picture???
Thanks for posting another chapter!
Just getting caught up….that Lindsay has a lot of anger in her. I hope she and Evan can talk about this. Moving on to the next one…
