Lacey laughs.

Lacey: Maybe she hasn’t told you the bad stories yet.

Dax: Nah, you’re great Lacey.

Tonya: Wait a minute….who drew my name?

Tina: That would be me.  I think you came up with a weird way to get us all talking together with this namedraw thing, but…I’m glad you did it.  So far, I’m having fun.

Tonya: Nobody breaks group ice like me.

Dax: Hey, Lacey…who’d you get?

Lacey: Shane.

Shane has a look of concern on her face.

Lacey: Heartbreaker.  A real heartbreaker…other than that, you’re pretty cool.  Also helped me get the job at the Wax.  Thanks again, by the way.

Shane: No problem.

Tonya: Hey, Alice!  We haven’t heard yours yet.

Alice: I drew Helena.

Tonya looks at her girlfriend, Helena.

Tonya: Oooooooo…..she got you, babe.

Alice: Helena’s great.  You helped me out a while back when I was going through a rough time…I never forgot that.

Helena smiles.

Helena: You helped me, too.

Tonya: Awwww…this is so heartwarming, guys.

Dax: I drew one of my roommates.

Robin: Let me guess, me right?

Dax: Yep!  Robin has to be the least hateful person I know.  And she’s always willing to risk her own well being just to help someone out.

Tonya: Hey, Helena…who’d you get?

Helena: My turn, hm?  I drew Leigh.

Leigh: Alright, be nice now.

Leigh winks.

Helena: Exceptional artist with a personality to match.

Leigh: Why thank you.

Tonya: Who hasn’t gone yet?

Ivan: Me.  I drew Marina.

Everyone looks at Ivan.

Ivan: Marina’s great to work with.  The Planet itself is just a great place to do shows.  Always has been…and it’s good to have ya back.  Plus, I’m able to invest in some stuff now.

Ivan and Marina share in a brief laugh as Ivan makes a reference to selling her share of The Planet back to Marina not long ago.

Shane: I uhhh….got Gabby.

Shane sighs.

Shane: I used to hate your guts.  …But I don’t now.

Gabby: Well that’s good to know.

Gabby laughs.

Shane: I thought you treated Al like shit.

Across the room, smiles slowly begin to dissipate.

Shane: But y’know….that’s all in the past and everything and you look like you got things in decent shape now.  You don’t seem that bad now.

Gabby: When you find what you’re looking for, it makes it easier not having to live the way you used to.  I’m sure you can relate.  Right?

Shane nods.

Shane: Right.

Eyes shift across the room.

Tonya: Is that everybody?

Lara: No…I think I’m the last one left.

Carmen: You drew me, didn’t you?

Lara nods.

Lara: Yes I did.  Um….you’ve….become my best friend.  That’s not something I’m used to.  But it’s great….it’s great to have one.

Carmen smiles.

Carmen: Yeah it is.

Bette: Okay.  There’s one more thing we need to figure out tonight.

Tina: Yes….as you all know, we’re just a couple of days away from the big triple wedding.  Me and Bette….Al and Lara….Shane and Carmen….

Bette: I know it’s traditional and everything, but there is that matter of the brides not seeing one another the night before the wedding.

Carmen: Yep…

Tina: So…I’m thinking three of us need to be in one house and the other three need to be in another one.

Shane: Wait…three brides in one house each?

Alice: That could work….I mean, I’m not marrying Bette or Tina so we could still be in the same house….that’s what you’re saying right?

Bette: That’s exactly what we’re saying.  I propose that me, Shane and Alice stay in one place….Tee, Lara, Carmen….the three of you could be in the other.

Tina: It’s just a matter of figuring out which places, really.

Lara: Sounds good so far.

Kit: That reminds me…I gotta head out, everybody.  Big Planet Festival’s tomorrow so I gotta rest up.

Carmen: Gonna be a big couple of days…
