    A sequel to “The Night Has Been Unkind.”

    "T …" Bette whispered, burying her face in the hair beneath her, running her hands down Tina’s sides. Her excitement was getting the better of her, and being so close to the woman she loved was increasing the lust that already existed so readily.

    Tina tried to concentrate, but she was getting really excited too. "Bette …"

    Immediately, Bette forced herself back and looked into Tina’s eyes. "Did I hurt you?"

    Smiling at Bette’s concern, Tina shook her head. She hadn’t expected Bette to be so careful or to listen so well when she was so fully aroused, but she was glad for it. "Bette." She licked her lips. "We need to talk."

    Bette nodded, trying to slow her quickly beating heart. The adrenaline was shooting through her, but she knew it would have to simmer for now. They had so much to talk about.

    "Wait," Bette said quietly, looking down Tina’s stomach. "I need to do something."

    Tina looked to Bette with confusion, and was excited when Bette pulled her shirt up over her much rounder belly, but she tried to gather herself again. Bette was kissing gently down her stomach, but she was somehow able to pull it together. "Bette … we can’t. Not yet." Somehow she hoped Bette wouldn’t listen. She had been dreaming about exactly that for so long.

    Just as she was looking down in confusion for Bette’s persistence, she had to smile. Bette had one hand on either side of her stomach and a loving expression on her face.

    "Hello Baby …"

    Tina wanted to cry at the sight, but she just smiled, propping herself up more comfortably as she watched Bette continue.

    "… I hope you don’t mind it when your mommy and I kiss."

    Trying not to laugh, Tina swallowed hard. The scene was so adorable, Bette whispering to her pregnant belly.

    "It’s just that I love your mommy very very much." She was trying to keep her emotions inside, but all of this happening at once was taking its toll. "And I love you too." She pressed her lips gently to Tina’s stomach again and then drew back. "I will always love you both." She looked up to Tina who was nodding, already crying again.

    Remembering your touch, your kiss, your warm embrace
    I’ll find my way back to you.
    Please say you’ll be waiting.

Hi GR, That was extraordinary.I love how Bette and Tina talked things through before they make hot sexy love.The transferring between scenes brought up so some delicious and dramatic images.Bette and Tina needed this to happen before they could start on the long road to rebuild their relationship.Bette had to take ownership of her affair and prove to Tina that Tina is the only one who holds her heart.Tina had to hear this.Just perfect.More wonderful writing from a favorite author.Thank you so much for sharing.Your Loyal Fan.
