So…I wrote this back in Feb. before the conclusion of the season. Some of it flows with the actual storyline, some of it deviates….Hopefully it’s easy to follow. Enjoy…
CHAPTER 1
“Baby Sis!” Kit shrieked with joy.
“Kit, please, just try to keep it down” Bette jumped from the chair she had been sitting in and quickly shut the door to her sister’s office at The Planet.
“How can I? When did this…When did you two?” Kit pulled her younger sister into a hug so tight Bette could barely breathe, let alone answer.
“The other night. At the Shebar opening. I was looking for Shane and Tina was sitting by herself in one of the VIP rooms.”
“Did she kiss you back?”
“Uh…yeah.”
“And?”
“And what, Kit? What the fuck am I supposed to do?” Bette threw herself back into the chair.
“What do you think you should do?” Kit sat on the edge of her desk to give Bette more space, she watched as Bette covered her face with her hands, the gentle tremor in her shoulders giving away the tears being shed behind them. “Bette, do you love her?”
“Who?” Bette spat with more anger than confusion, “Tina or Jodie?”
“I think I’ll let you answer that one.”
“I…I love Jodie, I guess. She’s talented and smart – gifted, really. It’s just… harder, you know? I feel like everything is a battle with her; I can’t seem to find joy in ‘us’. And she’s not necessarily very maternal with Angie and that really bothers me.”
“Sounds to me like you’re trying to convince yourself that you should love Jodie, when what you really do is respect and admire her.”
Bette stared into her sister’s eyes and took a deep breath, blowing it out slowly, “I love Tina. I’m in love with her and I just…I just can’t bear the thought of losing her again. We’ve reached a point where we’re friends. I mean we’re actually getting along and talking. I thought I was over the past, you know? And then we were in that room at the club, and she just looked so… I couldn’t take my eyes off of her.” Kit watched as her sister recalled the memory, both desire and affection reflected from her deep brown eyes. “I just don’t know what to do; I can’t fathom the thought of causing someone else pain.”

Loved it. Hope to see you posting more TiBette. It was sweet, had two sex scenes, and left it off with the promise of some adorable family time. All around it was a great first effort to read.

Great story (hopefully the beginning), there was so much packed in…the passion and HOT steamy sex…the laughter with Alice being trapped outside the bathroom…the drama of Jodie…and the sweet promise of Kennard-Porter family time. I hope there will be more.

This was enjoyable. I loved the Alpha Tina in the bathroom having her way with Bette. And Bette so shaken, that Tina took charge.
I enjoyed this version of Bette&Tina reconnecting better than the aired one on Showtime, by IC&Co.
