Chapter 5
Bette’s Apartment
’Thank you for the water’
‘You’re welcome’
‘I guess I have to go back to work or my boss will give me one of her speeches’
‘The banshee?’
Tina blushed but when she saw Bette smirking she began to laugh and said
‘So you heard it…I thought you didn’t’
‘Yeah well…I take it that you don’t like your boss!?’
‘Not really…but who does? I guess you don’t like your boss either’
‘Huh…ah no…not really’
Some moments passed without a word. Tina looked at the sculpture and thought about it’s market value whereas Bette stared at her new found piece of art. The beauty of the mysterious blonde with the expressive hazel eyes. She was so absorbed that she didn’t hear a word coming from perfect lips.
‘Ms. Porter? Hello?’
‘What?’
‘I said it was nice to meet you and thanks again for the water.’
‘Oh of course…let me walk you to the door.’
They walked to the door, Tina left and after Bette closed the door she leaned against it and sighed deeply. These few moments were intense eventhough she couldn’t put her finger on it. Something about that woman was mysterious and at the same time familiar for Bette. All she could think of was to meet her again. Little did she know, that this would happen sooner than anticipated.

At the same time…
Tina wanted to take the elevator when she saw a door on the other end of the hallway. She tried the knob and opened it. It were the stairs to the roof.
‘Let’s see how far I come’
She went upstairs and tried to memorize the narrow path between the roof-lights. If she decides to come back at night she will need a map in her mind to not fall.
She left but put some adhesive tape on the door lock to prevent it from being locked up. Then she got in the elevator and went back to her bike. After another hour of deliveries she met with Shane, Dana and Jenny at their usual place for dinner. The Planet. When she arrived the others sat at a round table in a corner and Dana waved when she saw Tina enter the room. Tina sat down next to Shane and ruffled through her hair

this is good! this is really good. tina is not really gonna break in bette’s house is she? i mean, who would do that in your future girlfriends’ house? i think bette should take the next step :) thank you and PPS!
What a chapter! Absolutely wicked! Will Bette go for Tee? Wiull she make a move? Will Tee steal from Bette? Will she be caught, will she instead decide not to do that, and just watch a hot sleeping brunette?! More soon? LIKE SOON SOON?

All that and still no name for the blond delivery woman. Too bad Tina is going to put even more distance between them if she steals from Bette.
