    “Do you T, knowing my love for you and returning it, realizing my strengths and learning from them, recognizing my weaknesses and helping me overcome them, take me, Bette, to be your not-so-lawfully wedded wife, to love and cherish in sickness and in good health, for forever and more?”

    “Do I really need to answer that right now?” Tina read her eyes, her own hunger on the surface.

    “Right now, I’ll rather that you show me.”

    They ended up in the shower, devouring and enjoying every delicious morsel, savoring every inch, every delectable moment. Delirious from all the riveting mind-blowing sensations in positions she had never read about, Tina marveled at the feverish kisses, heated caressing, finger sucking, hair-grabbing, nails-digging-into-flesh.

    There might have been a severe water shortage in New York if Bette had not objected to turning into human prunes. Not bothering to towel them down, figuring they will just get wet again, she carried Tina to bed where they were once again, totally decadent. There was no place left where Tina had not licked, sucked and kissed, and there wasn’t a square inch on her that Bette hadn’t done the same. Their coupling was reaching new heights, no longer the union of two bodies but two souls.

    Bette flipped them over, topping Tina again. She roughly parted Tina’s lips, lowering herself down, mounted and started grinding into her, clit-to-clit, rubbing their juices together. Tina went buck lifting herself to meet each thrust, absolutely wild, sobbing into Bette’s chest, her voice not even recognizable to herself, loving the way Bette was making love to her with so much intensity, giving all of herself to Tina, holding nothing back.

    They entwined their fingers, their slick bodies moving together, steadily climbing to abyss. Bette became aware of a cold, metallic object jutting against her skin. It was their wedding rings. She wanted nothing between them in this moment.

    “Can I take this off?”

    The question meant so much more than the action it suggested. Tina stared at Bette, her hand and the wedding ring, fresh new tears starting to flood her cheeks. Every pore was crying yes.

    Bette tried again, tearing up herself, afraid that Tina was not with her on this, but decided to take the jump anyway.

At the back of my mind, I’m worried about Alice, and Eric, and Tina’s sickness (please don’t let it be what I’m fearing it is) and all the other obstacles these two might have to face… But I’m hoping that commitment they just made to each other is able to withstand everything.
