It had been 3months since Bette and Tina had rekindled their love after their affair. Tina had been spending more time at Bette’s house and was gradually moving back into their family home.

It was Friday night and Tina was playing with Angie on the lounge floor tiring her out before bed time. Bette was checking her emails on her laptop. Bette had been secretly emailing Tina’s sister who was living in England sorting out the family business after their parents died in a car accident. Tina should have been helping her sister out but with bringing up Angie and her directors career taking off, Tina had left things in the capable hands of her younger sister. The Kennard’s had a TV and Music production company, and from an early age both sisters had persuaded their careers in TV, Film and Music. Their farther had studios in London and LA. Having spent time in LA as a child Tina had opted to stay when her parents and sister moved to England to manage the studios there. Bette’s secret emails were all part of a surprise dinner party in which Cody was coming over for and where Bette was planning to publicly confirm her love for Tina.

When Bette closed her laptop the phone rang immediately. Bette answered “Hello” trying to sound as though she didn’t know who it was, even though she knew it was Cody who would be calling.

“Hi Bette, How are you? Is my big sister there?” Cody asked

“I’m fine, really good in fact. Yeah she is here ill get her” Bette said passing the phone to Tina mouthing “Its Cody”

“Hi little sis, how are you doing? Everything Ok?” Tina asking knowing Cody had a lot to deal with on her own in England.

“Yeah everything is fine. I’ve sorted out dad’s estate. I also sold the TV studio to one of the big corporations, but we still got a part investment. It was a bit much for me to manage as well as the music studio, which is doing really well. The LA studio doing well to” Cody informed Tina in her broad English accent.

“Sorry I not with you, but you sound like you’ve got everything under control” Tina replied
