    Watching

She stood by, watching in the nearly blackened room as Bette and Tina laid still in their sleep. It was as easy as any other time to slip in unnoticed – an invitation to intrude. Leaving the back window propped a sliver open was Bette’s plea for another desired visit, and how could she pass up the chance to watch the woman she loved? She wondered as she stared from her place in the doorway, smiling at Tina’s bare legs. Bette’s friend certainly knew how to distract the professor. Even entice her. And poor, defenseless Bette had to take what she could get. It was lonely on one’s own – she didn’t blame Bette. Tina wasn’t a threat, what with all the arguments the two of them had been having, but she was a nuisance.

Taking a step into the bedroom from her spot, she stood silently at the foot of the bed, wondering what figurative spell Tina had cast on the admirable Bette Porter.

Who could tame this woman but me?

And then she looked to Bette, staring at her as she had often done while she had watched Bette and Tina having sexual intercourse months ago. If only Bette could see what she’d been missing, though, she felt all would be right in the world. All the fantasies of a normal sex life she had, they prompted themselves as she closed her eyes and smiled. She was certain she knew everything Bette would like – from the slivers of action she’d seen through the window, Bette’s favorite acts were quite evident. They’d been loving each other for so long, she knew, that it would all fall into place.

She grinned again at her love for Bette as she allowed herself another moment, standing up next to the bed on Bette’s side to lean over her. Ever so tenderly, she inhaled into Bette’s hair, and the brunette turned over with the whispered noise. Oh, but the smell was intoxicating. It was enough that she could leave without staying her usual time, slipping off down the hall to the side door.

The kitchen was relatively clean, but still there was an urge to clean it. She knew that Bette liked things tidy. She knew everything about Bette.

    1. Sophia’s a total nut job. They have an alarm system, but they haven’t thought to have the locks changed – why would they? Unfortunately, Pat can’t stay every night.

Very creepy, and there’s no telling what the stalker might do next. Thanks for the post.

    2. Oh my God, it sounds like she might hurt Tina. I’m hooked on this story. It’s great. I love thrillers and I love Tibette. The two of them together is just PERFECTION.
I just became paranoid (more than I usually am) and locked every door and windows. LOL. So creepy.
      Can’t wait to read more!

    3. I like this story very much. and I like the thriller.
you’ve written so well that I swear, I locked the door last night. :-D
I hope she will not hurt Tina
      thanks for the update

    4. I like thrillers, but not to scary.

That Sophia is one scary bitch and if she hurts Tina or Bette i will Hunt her down.

Can i volunteer to spend the evenings at their house, tot protect them?

    5. God she is so creepy. I can’t wait until she gets caught. Let’s hope the girls stay strong though it all.
Thanks for posting! Looking forward to the next chapter… :)

    6. Delusional is scary. Reminds me of Bardo who shot Rebecca Schaeffer. He thought she was telling him she loved him from her television series My Sister Sam. So I guess Sophia isn’t a doppelganger or another Tina from another dimension…just a wack job! Eeks! This gives me chills! Thanks, GR, for the update.

    7. Okay, when you use terms like “loneliness” to partly describe Sophia, I kind of feel sorry for her. Then cut into the rage part and now I’m scared of her. That simple paragraph had swimming in emotions

    8. Damn it!…how can she do that?…isn’t the police are on guard to the Porter/Kennard house hold?..
Why they didn’t see her?…they way she do it “scaled the fence from the neighbor’s yard around back “..
Must be suspicious enough to check it? …right?

    9. Thanks for this awesome story! This is giving me the chills! I hope Bette and Tina will get a ferocious guard dog and a bodyguard each. Sophia is relentless!
