Worth Holding On Too Chapter 54

“T I get the picture, I know your upset I ignored you and I plan on making that up to you but do you honestly think you need 3 new pair of shoes, I mean you have more shoes than a shoe factory at home”

“Babe I can’t decide what ones I like best and you said I could pic whatever ones I liked”

“Yes ones! Not three pair” Bette laughed

“Are you grudging me three pair of shoes? Because I will buy them regardless you are aware of that?”

“Oh don’t I know it, makes me laugh everyone says I’m the boss of the Kennard porter household, how wrong are they!” Bette said taking the basket from Tina and heading towards the counter

    Tina smirked

“No need to rush babe” Tina smiled

“There’s every need, there’s more shoes between here and the counter, I am not allowing you to make it four pairs!”

“You’re such a drama queen, no wonder Jess and Lisa are the way they are” Tina laughed

“Jess doesn’t own nearly the amount of shoes as you and Lisa do, she has common sense, majority of them are just for decoration!”

Tina laughed at how frustrated her wife was getting.

Bette paid for the shoes and took Tina’s hand as they left the shop.

“Can we please eat now?” Bette asked

    “Yes” Tina smiled

“Eventually” Bette sighed walking toward a little diner on the beach front.

They ordered their drinks and looked over the menu before ordering food.

“So when we go home we need to seriously think about what we’re doing with the house” Tina said

    “Meaning?”

“We need to get a bigger house baby” Tina explained “when the baby is here and were beginning to get a little cramped”

“Baby the house is huge, what you mean is you and Lisa will need to downsize on wardrobe space and studio.” Bette stated

“No baby what I am saying is Mason is stuck in a little room, the baby will need a room and when Jess and Carmen get married they will also most likely want kids!”

“You’re getting ahead of yourself here” Bette laughed “Besides Jess bought that house for us”

“Jess will understand, and besides we can give her all the money back from the sale, it’s our responsibility to support and look after our kids not the other way about.”
