Bette has awaken first, needing to pee. Looks and see’s Tina lying face down on the bed beside her with very little sheet covering her bottom half , and seeing nothing but golden locks of hair and  a glimpse of her face with sun kissed skin. She moves out and goes to bathroom .She uses the bathroom and washes her face, looking into the mirror think of only Tina, It’s time , It’s now or never. What if it’s too soon for her and I scare her. I know she has to be thinking and feeling the same as I do. It just feels so right, although I know Kit and my friends will think I moved to fast and her parent…geez what they may think of me taking their little girl so quickly after just getting to know me and excepting our relationship, and then turn around the next week and ask her to marry me… may be a bit much for them to take in….But I can’t help how I feel, I know deep in my heart she’s the One. I don’t want to waste another  day or moment without her. I want that commitment of knowing she is mine to take care of and have a family with, to be with the rest of my life.

She grabs the robe off the back of the door, ties it around her waist, and goes to the living room safe that is hidden in the closet. She has already thought about how she wants to ask her and most of what she wants to say. She is now nervous and palms sweating her heart is pounding so heart it feels like it’s going to come out of her chest. But she walks back into the bedroom and see’s Tina has now moved over to Bette’s side of the bed and is curled with her pillow half facing the balcony. Bette walks over to the side of the bed and sits, reaching into her pocket and just looking into her beautiful face and her nerves calm and she could do nothing but smile.

Tina stirs she must have sensed Bette’s presence. Her eyes flutter open seeing Bette setting in her white robe looking intensely at her. What’s the matter she mutter moving to prop herself up further on the pillows behind her.
