Johnny: Okay Tina, are you coming into the office today? You know Tom is riding my back about all of the scripts you have yet to read.
Tina: Johnny I really don’t think so. This new client is very demanding. They even followed me to The Planet to meet with me (Tina thinking this part was true, smiling to herself).
Johnny: Okay girl I will cover for you this time but you owe me.
Tina: Okay great thanks Johnny, gotta go, bye (Tina quickly hangs up the phone before Johnny can ask anymore questions).
Johnny: Tina what tim……
Johnny only hears a dial tone.
Tina heads back to the table to meet with Bette.
Tina: Now where we?
Bette: Well you were talking to me about a woman name Jenny and her crazy movie idea.
Tina: Oh yeah, well enough about her. Tell me about you. I want to hear every detail.
Bette gulped and became nervous.
Bette: Well… my story is not….that interesting, really.
Tina: Oh come on, out with it.
Bette: You first
Tina: I asked you first
Bette: Beautiful before age.
Tina laughs: Okay if you insist.
Tina thought that if she talked about her own history it would make Bette feel more comfortable about talking about her own history.
Tina: Well, I am from a small town in South Carolina. My parents are Mormons and don’t know I gay. They think I that I am a virgin waiting for Mr. Right. I have no siblings. My best friend is Alice Pieszecki and she is completely crazy but loyal. I have been in LA for eight years and worked for the Studio for six years. I have been in 2.5 serious relationships.
Bette arched an eyebrow at the last statement.
Tina chuckled, "I am just making sure your listening."
Bette: Oh I’m listening. So tell me why your relationships became no longer serious.
Tina: Well lets just say they were not my forever.
Bette: So you believe in soul mates then?
Tina: Well it may seem naive but yes. You?
Bette: Yes
Tina: Okay now come on spill it!
