I have a confession to make. “Castle” is one of my guilty pleasures. I began watching it from season one when I learned the premise of the show. A well-known and well-connected writer began following a NYPD detective to get inspiration for his next series of books. What I like about “Castle” the most is the perfect blend of humor and drama, silliness and crime-solving, romance and friendship.

Two main characters, Rick Castle (Nathan Fillion) and Kate Beckett (Stana Katic), have a magical chemistry and they bring a whole new light to the “will they, won’t they” scenario. For me, it’s one of those situations that I really want them to get together but I hope it will take them a long time to get there so I can enjoy the journey.
