SPENCER’S P.O.V.
Ok, I’ve thought about me and Ashley’s recent events. If she really wanted to be with me, then we’d be together by now, don’t ya think? So of course I’ll take her as a friend, I’d rather have her as a friend than nothing at all. I’ve decided to stop chasing her. I know there’s still something there, but she doesn’t want to let it out, so I quit…for now, I guess. She doesn’t want to be with me so, I give up. So…I guess Ashley and I are once again cool, but I don’t think we’ll ever be friends like we use to be. There will always be this tension between us, but since I can’t really do anything about it, I guess the best thing would be to ignore the feeling and try to move on. Ashley and I are home, sitting on the couch, with a good distance between us, watching TV.
Spencer: “I’m planning on asking someone on a date this weekend.” I say with a forced smile.
Ashley: “Who?”
Spencer: “That girl from school, Michelle.”
Ashley: “Really? I know Michelle. She’s really shy, but in a cute way. I think you’ll like her.” Ok, not the effect I was hoping for. And I’m sure I won’t like her. I’m still hung up on you.
Spencer: “Yea.”
AT SCHOOL:
Lunch time, again. It seems like I never go to class. I do, you just don’t see it. Well anyway, I’m walking over to where Michelle sits. She is cute. She’s like a light caramel brown, she has light hazel eyes and really smooth light brown wavy hair. And she’s a bit of a nerd which only adds to the cuteness.
Spencer: “Hey, Michelle.”
Michelle: “Hi.” she says shyly.
Spencer: “Can I talk to you?” she nods and we walk over to a secluded area.
Spencer: “I was wondering if…well if maybe you’d like to go to Starbucks with me, this Saturday.” she smiles and looks down.
Michelle: “Spencer…are you sure?”
Spencer: “Why wouldn’t I be?” I ask confused.
Michelle: “Its just that…whenever someone asks me out, it’s usually as a joke. I mean I just, just let me know if your serious.” aw, I feel horrible. She’s really cute, she’s just very shy.

This is very good. I really like Michelle I just hope she doesn’t get hurt. She seems to be a very sweet girl. Maybe now Spencer will stop obsessing about Ash and try to find some happiness while Ash gets a freaking clue. Great update!! PMS!!
I’m getting the feeling that Ashley and Spencer’s timing is never going to be right, so I really hope Spencer can be happy with Michelle.
see because ashley can’t get over the hurt spencer is going to end up hurting this nice shy michelle girl and that just sucks but i’m happy for the time being that this date didn’t suck for spencer and that she might possible have a girlfriend pms
What ge7511 said. Maybe Spence will actually have something with Michelle. I would really Like to see Ashley jealous again, only this time Spencer does it unintetionally. Michelle just seems like sweetie, shy people are always the cutest.

This is the first time i´m commenting. I´m totally addicted to this story. I think michelle will be great for specer and maybe ashley wiil wake up and realise that she can´t be just her friend and start geting really jealous. ^_^

hmmm jut cause michelle is quiet doesnt mean she isnt frisky. omg maybe my mind wanders a tad much but i hope spence can grow up anf like her.
“I was bored one day, so I went in the bathroom and I kept flipping the lights on and off to watch my pupils shrink and dilate.” I look at her incredulously.that’s the funniest thing ive ever heard/read.. lmaogreat update,poor michelle hope she doesnt get hurt
