Spencer: “It’s just a date so I can get to know you. I promise I won’t stand you up.” she looks at me and smiles.
Michelle: “Ok. What time?”
Spencer: “12:00 ok?” she nods. “Then 12 it is.” she smiles and walks back over to her table.
SATURDAY:
I walk in and she’s already there.
Spencer: “Hey.” I say walking to the table.
Michelle: “Hi. I didn’t order anything yet. I wanted to wait for you to get here, I was still afraid you wouldn’t show.” I sit down across from her.
Spencer: “I told you I’d come.”
Michelle: “I-I know but…I just always expect the worst.”
Spencer: “Well, I’m here now, so lets focus on the present.” I say reaching across the table and taking her hand in mine. We order, and just talk.
Michelle: “I couldn’t believe it when you asked me out.”
Spencer: “Why not?”
Michelle: “I never expected you to be into girls. Plus, I’ve kind of had a crush on you for a while.” Aw, she’s cute. I smile at her.
Spencer: “So, what kind of things are you into?”
Michelle: “Well, I like to play the piano. And I like art, painting and drawing. But I’m mostly into photography.”
Spencer: “Cool, you like taking pictures.”
Michelle: “I love it, I hate being in front of the camera, but I love to take the photo. What about you, what do you like to do?” I think, for a while.
Spencer: “I’ve never really had a hobby.”
Michelle: “I could help you find one. If you want.”
Spencer: “Maybe you could teach me how to play the piano.” I say suggestively. She smiles and looks down blushing. She’s so sweet.
Michelle: “Sure.” she says shyly.
She’s really cool. Shy, quiet. But, it makes her really cute. After we finished our coffee and sandwich we just walking down the street. I don’t know what we should talk about, so I wing it.
Spencer: “So…list one weird thing you’ve done?” she thinks.
Michelle: “I was bored one day, so I went in the bathroom and I kept flipping the lights on and off to watch my pupils shrink and dilate.” I look at her incredulously. “I was bored…” she trails off.
Spencer: “Your very strange.” I say with a chuckle. She looks down at the pavement ashamed. “But I like it, it makes you cuter.” she blushes, continuing to look down.
Michelle: “So…what’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever done?” I think. I think for a while. Hmm, still thinking.
Spencer: “I don’t know, pretending to be straight?” we chuckle. “Seriously, it’s not really weird but…hiding my true feelings from someone.” she looks at me contemplatively, smirks then nods.
Michelle: “I don’t think that’s weird at all. I think everybody’s done that before. Besides, if people always told how they truly felt, it could end up hurting someone.” I smile at her.
She’s right, but in my case…not telling the truth is what ended up hurting her. And me.
Michelle: “I hope you don’t think this is e-erratic or anything, b-but I like to ask before I do something.” she’s stuttering. Maybe she’s getting nervous.
Spencer: “No, it’s fine. What do want to ask me?” she gulps.
Michelle: “C-can I hold your hand?” Awww, she’s adorable, I can’t help but smile at her.
Spencer: “Yea, of course.” I reach my hand out and take hers in mine, interlacing our fingers. I look at her and smile, she looks back and smiles bashfully.
I walk her home. I mean, what else are we gonna do? It’s only 3’oclock, I don’t know what else to do.
Spencer: “So…can I have your number?”
Michelle: “Really?” she asks excited.
Spencer: “Yea, we can do something like this again.” she lights up.
Michelle: “Ok.” I hand her my cell phone and she puts her number in and hands the phone back.
Spencer: “Thanks.”
Michelle: “Thank you Spencer. I had a really great time with you today.”
Spencer: “Me too.” she smiles. I lean in and give her a peck on the cheek, and she blushes furiously.
Spencer: “I’ll call you.”
Michelle: “Ok.” she whispers shyly. I watch her go into her house, then I walk home.

This is very good. I really like Michelle I just hope she doesn’t get hurt. She seems to be a very sweet girl. Maybe now Spencer will stop obsessing about Ash and try to find some happiness while Ash gets a freaking clue. Great update!! PMS!!
I’m getting the feeling that Ashley and Spencer’s timing is never going to be right, so I really hope Spencer can be happy with Michelle.
see because ashley can’t get over the hurt spencer is going to end up hurting this nice shy michelle girl and that just sucks but i’m happy for the time being that this date didn’t suck for spencer and that she might possible have a girlfriend pms

This is the first time i´m commenting. I´m totally addicted to this story. I think michelle will be great for specer and maybe ashley wiil wake up and realise that she can´t be just her friend and start geting really jealous. ^_^

hmmm jut cause michelle is quiet doesnt mean she isnt frisky. omg maybe my mind wanders a tad much but i hope spence can grow up anf like her.
