                “Baby, do you think we should rent a bouncy house or a ball pit?” Tina called to Bette.

     

                “I think neither she is only one, T. Shane is the only one that will enjoy it. I was thinking more along the lines of a small party in our backyard. People could swim and we could have two cakes one for Angelica and one for people to eat.” Bette said.

     

                “That sounds nice. I guess we could put on the invitations a swim party. Should I have it catered?” Tina asked.

     

                “That would be fun. The only other children that will show up will be Helena‘s. We could fix hot dogs for the children and cater food for the adults. I think that sounds great.”

     

                “Okay. Now what about her gifts do you have any idea what to get her?”

     

                “I was thinking about having a swing set built in the grassy area between our house and Jenny and Shane’s. Jenny said that was okay. I also have a pool guy coming over to install a fence around the pool. She is toddling so much now pretty soon she will be running.” Bette said nonchalantly.

     

                “Oh my God, are you serious? I never dreamed the day would arrive that you would want a fence around this pool. I like the idea of a swing set for her. Thank you so much baby. This is going to be a great party.” 

     

                “I hope so. I want us to enjoy her first party. Tina?” Bette looked up at Tina.

     

                “Yes Bette.”

     

                “You know I love you, don’t you?”

     

                “Of course I do. I love you too. Why are you asking?”

     

                “It is hard to have you right next door to me. So many times I have wanted to just get up and go into your room. I miss you.” Bette smiled.

     

                “You could have me any time you are ready. I am sure I have told you that on several occasions. I want you to be ready, Bette. I am very proud of your willpower. I never dreamed you could be this strong.” Tina said with a wink. “I don’t think we waited two months 9 years ago.”

    6. I feel sorry for the next person I get involved with. She could be waiting a looooooong time before I jump into bed with her. lol That’s another discussion for another time but I just had to mention it since they said they waited only about 2 weeks. The end was really sweet. Didn’t see the proposal coming at all.
