I wish…..
"Okay Kit, I will drive safe, and I’ll be there in about 20 minutes. Please just come and take her so I can go right away okay?"
Sitting at the bottom of the driveway leading to the front doors of the hotel at Whistler, Bette sat and finished the letter she was writing.
"It’s all going to be over soon Boo. Auntie Kit will take you to your Mom. I am sorry sweet babe that I took you from her. Even if it was for only an hour I was wrong, and I am so sorry."
Bette felt the tears forming again, and fought to pull herself together. She finished the letter she was writing and then slowly began the drive to the front door.
Kit came out of the hotel, and over to Bette almost before she had stopped the car. Kit wrenched open the drivers door, and reach her arms around her sister.
"Baby Sis, we’ll work this out okay? Don’t you fret none, we will work it out."
"Kit, Kit it’s okay. Just take Angelica to her mother, please."
"You’re her mother too Bette, how can you do this?"
"I am obviously not a very good one Kit. I tried to take……never mind. I am doing the right thing here Kit. Angelica needs her real Mother. She needs to grow up with her Mom around all the time, not like I did. I just want them to be happy, after everything is said and done, that is all that matters. And its best for them if I am not around, so they can find that happiness."
Looking at the sadness enveloping Kit’s face, Bette gently tried to soothe her now.
" I don’t deserve to be her Mom Kit. Now please , just take her, before I can’t let her go."
" I love you baby Sis. Please drive safe to the airport okay. I’ll be home tomorrow. I’ll come and see you when I get back okay?"
"Okay Kit. Can you do one more favor for me please?" Holding out the letter to her. "Can you please give this to Tina? And just tell her….tell her that I hope she can be happy now. It’s all I want for them."

Ouch…
That’s not to say I think this was crap as it wasn’t. It’s just painful, so yeah. Ouch.

I hope this isn’t a suicide note or anything. Tina needs to REALLY think about if she wants Bette out of her & Angelica’s life. She can’t say hurtful stuff and not think it has consequences. Bette needs to regroup and have some time to herself then come back and get her life on track…whether it’s with Tina or without Tina (hopefully it’s with Tina)

Is this torture Pands night? Cuz…I watched Grey’s Anatomy and bawled…I watched ER and bawled…and now I just read this and bawled…I’m going to bed!! But..ah.. this was really good…hope to see more of this!

Why does Tina think that Bette should take her abuse forever!!!!!!!!!!!! Tina is not the only one with feelings, imagine thatand what hers are and what she wants now is so not the important thing. I hate her…..and I am so afraid for Bette.

Love Hurts! I think that you should continue with this story. As a Tibetter I can only hope that Tina will some how convey to Bette that it is Bette that Tina loves and not some guy. Tina has already taken one step towards Bette and that is to get rid of Henry.
I actullay liked the story until the letter. It is so pathetic, so “woe is me”. Come on Bette, you regret everything about the past seven years, even if it didn’t go the way you planned. How pathetic is Bette. BTW….Please continue
Bette is hurting so bad, that she is not thinking logically. Now that Tina has read Bette’s letter, hopefully she will realize that without Bette in her life she will never be whole. She obviously still loves Bette in some capacity or she wouldn’t have canned “Hendick”! They need to sit down and talk. Serious talking. PPS.

wow…that letter would make me fall in-love with bette all over again but hey I’m not tina and I never did fall outa love with Bette and neither did Tina imo…she’s still hurting and it takes time to heal when the one u love breaks a promise of fidelity…great writing…please continue…

Wow – tjat was painful! And the letter so beautiful and heartwrenching. Surely that would melt Tina’s heart – but then where’s the drama? Great start – look forward to the rest.
ok it was pretty good and pretty painfull but why the hell does Bette has to take all the blame over and over and over again. Why is it that in every Tibette story I read Tina has to be the fucking saint???????

i agree with lamentamini…tina doesn’t look like a saint to me here, even if it’s a tibette story, it looks to me like a long way for them to reconnect
Did anyone say this was a TiBette story? I didn’t read that anywhere. I don’t see Tina being a saint here either. In fact, she’s kinda being a cokehead. xD Oh and lol@slipperynipple’s comment! Seriously it made me laugh because I too wish Tina had not tripped and fallen on a dick.
Man, that really did smart. I take it Bette is off to be fitted for some custom made hair shirts, just as soon as she’s done with the self-flagellation. An interesting display of ego turned inside out. Same for Henry getting all hurt when Tina didn’t conform to his assumptions of taking over her family. And why do either of them view Tina as a faultless golden idol when she’s actually kind of crackers?
OK this was a gut rencher and a heart breaker to say the least but what really got me was the way Bette signed the letter! Wow! If Tina doesn’t call Bette or Kit (or someone) to make sure Bette isn’t driving into the ocean somewhere, she’s loonier than I thought she was! (Tina can’t be that dumb/crazy, can she?) Well CDN I loved it, but you didn’t say you were continuing this story – was it just a one nite stand, or will this story be ongoing? It would be nice to see more…please?
