    Kyla’s POV

    When I saw the EMT’s wheel Spencer out of the bedroom my heart stopped. Jesus!! They almost killed her. She looked so bad. Those fucking bastards. Then and there I almost gave in to Ashley and let her kill the bastards on the spot. God, they more than deserved it! But then again torturing them for years seems more appealing.

    After Ashley and Spencer left in the ambulance the cops showed up. James and I dealt with them and saw when they arrested Paula and Aiden. Shortly after that I called the other two bodyguards that were babysitting Glen so that they could hand him over to the authorities. I couldn’t help but grin when I heard Glen moaning in the background as I was talking to Eric. I really hope Eric and Ben left him in a worse condition than Spencer was in.

    So now I’m in the hospital’s waiting room with Ashley, James and a few other bodyguards waiting for news about Spencer’s condition. She’s been in there for over an hour and I’m even starting to freak out. Ashley won’t sit still. She just paces back and forth muttering death wishes for Paula and Aiden under her breath.

    The door opens and the doctor walks in. She’s a beautiful woman with big green eyes, auburn hair and a slender body. She looked young too. Hmm, if I wasn’t straight she would definitely be my type. Oh shit, what are you thinking Kyla?

    She looks around and says, “Spencer Carlin?”

    Ashley immediately runs towards her and asks, “How is she?”

    “And you are?” she asks Ashley

    “I’m her fiancée. How is she?” Ashley says back irritated

    The doctor just raises an eyebrow and says, “I’m Dr. Brooks and I’ve been treating Ms. Carlin. It’s obvious she’s sustained a major beating. She has 5 broken ribs and two cracked ones, a serious concussion and she has bruises everywhere. She is also very dehydrated and malnourished.”

    “She’s going to be okay, right?” Ashley asks concerned

    “She’ll be fine. We need to keep her here for a few days but she should make a full recovery. I would also suggest she sees a counselor as soon as possible. She’s very scared and won’t let any men touch or come near her. No matter who they are. She either starts screaming or she starts to visibly shake. She’s going to need a lot of help to put this behind her.”

    1. no i’m not a mind reader, god i wish, but yeah this is one of my favorite stories when i see so many updates i leave yours for last cuz i’m to excited to read it at first, have to work my way up to it…lol. I wonder how spence is going to react to James, i don’t want her to freak out on him since he is such a nice guy and what he’s done for them but he is a guy none the less, maybe he should hire like six girl body gaurds to make it easier on her…pms
