It was the most amazing kiss of her whole life.
Oh god, she’d cheated on Gray and she wanted to do it again. She wanted closeness, but…she didn’t want Gray. She wanted Ashley.
She couldn’t do this. She couldn’t.
She wanted to. Ashley was all she could think about.
She’d cheated.
She couldn’t do this. She couldn’t.
She was started out of the endless repetition in her thoughts by her daughter tugging on her arm with a confused look on her face.
“I’m hungry” the little girl signed. “Can we have dinner?”
“Sure” Spencer signed and said back. “What do you want?” She was more grateful for the distraction than she could have expressed.
“Hot dogs” the light in Elly’s eyes switched on at the thought. “And ice cream”
Spencer chuckled. “At the same time?” she signed.
“No silly” Elly giggled as she motioned the words. “Ice cream goes after!”
“You sure?” Spencer teased. “I can make you hot dogs with ketchup and icecream sauce?”
Elly wrinkled her nose in disgust. “NO”, she was emphatic. “Just hot dogs with ketchup.” She frowned, looking adorable. “Then ice cream.”
“Ok, Ok” Spencer raised her hands in mock submission. “Hot dogs it is.”
The hot dogs went well. Elly helped, which was always a riot, and Spencer couldn’t help grinning later as she wiped the ketchup off her daughters cheek. By the time that bath time, story time and bed time were over, Spencer was exhausted. She always loved spending time with her daughter but today it had been a necessity. The rest of her life was spinning round her like a crazy tornado and the little girl was the only thing that was solid and real. Spencer pulled herself to bed with the last of her energy and wondered if she’d wake up in Oz.
She felt Gray hit the bed next to her sometime in the middle of the night. He woke her up but she kept her eyes closed. She needn’t have bothered since his snores were echoing around the air within moments. Closing her eyes, she tried to get back to sleep and prayed her dreams wouldn’t betray her any further.

ooooo. DRAMA. She needs to divorce that jerk and get with ashley. YEAH! And then her daughter Elly can live with the Spash-est couple ever and they would all get along. PMS
like Goober, I too reckon that Gray’s having an affair. Wouldn’t it be vair vair amusant if it was with Ashley. not. Love the story Clom, despite the fact you’re obviously completely nuts! keep up the battle, for I admire your courage, determination and total insanity! hurrah! oh, and I was going to write something immensely amsuing as a response, but then my mate dragged me to the gym and I think the endorphins have killed my brain cells – I think it explains the intelligence (or lack thereof) of bodybuilders. I hope a big I LOVE YOU suffices, lol.
ok that was totaly intense…gosh, only certain people can make posts that intense that dont have ash adn spence togethre…just the mere thought…hmmm…great job! post more soon!

wooooo… back from my vacation and I find 3 new posts to this story, can someone say yayness? Methinks Gray be cheating on Spencer, thus making it ok in my mind for Spencer to have fun with Ashley… the girl needs some lovin’ of the Davies kind in her life. Great update, I’m curious as to where this is going, post more when you can :D

Oh, great Clomle. Despite your world travels you still manage to create a killer story that keeps getting better and better. I love your portrayal of Spencer’s inner turmoil. I think Gray’s having an affair, too, and hopefully it’ll all be revealed sooner rather than later, so we can get on with the Spashley loving. Just kidding. I love the pace and the struggle through painful realizations. If they just fell into each other’s arms, it’d be unrealistic and trite. Keep it going exactly how it’s going now! And a veritable ARMY of steel rabbits are on their way. I ask again, does that earn a double post soon? Come on, fellow commentors. Harrass Clomle until we get a two-for-one!

ok so yea…. omg waiting for that.. and yea i agree with gifted on the gray thing… i think hes cheating. but idk im thinking that still doesnt give spence the go-ahead. but yano that coming form someone in love.. and someone whos been cheted on.. it sux, nobody deserves it.
