Spencer and Ash waved as they made their way over to our table, everyone moved around to make room which just pressed me even closer to Thea, she flashed me a mischievous grin and pressed her bare leg right up against mine and I was in heaven. We’d been having a great time, we were both doing well at the game and enjoying talking with each other. Also at out table were Austin and Annie along with Meg and Beth. Beth managed to smile as the couple sat down, Austin was quiet but I caught her studying her friends then glance over at her sister and frown. I caught her eye but she just shrugged and went back to her cards. I knew there was more to Austin than she let on, I should know because like Ashley, I’m an expert at hiding my true self from most people. Just because she didn’t brood didn’t mean that there wasn’t a lot going on inside that beautiful red hair of hers, she was extremely observant and picked up on the smallest things and right now I could tell she had a lot on her mind. Spencer and Ashley seemed happy together, they had been dealt a hand each by Meg but were playing one handed so they could hold hands under the table. Cute. I grinned at them, Ash gave me a smile so brief I’d have missed it if I blinked and Spencer just raised her eyebrow and gave me a head tilt that at one point would have sent me spinning but now I just grinned back at her and shook my head. I felt a gentle squeeze on my knew and almost jumped out of my skin until I realised Thea had seen the exchange and when I turned to face her she leant forward and kissed me softly on the cheek. Meltdown!

I watched Amy blush as Thea kissed her, Spencer squeezed my hand and I held it together enough not to blush as Amy had done. I wasn’t really interested in the card game but my cards had been OK so far so I was far from losing. No, my mind was on Spencer, wasn’t it always? Well, yeah but right now I was thinking about tonight and how we would manage to stay all night in the same bed without going all the way. Oh my freaking god, I sounded like I was a nun or something, damn! What I meant was that we couldn’t spend any length of time together and maintain non sexual contact, it got hot and heavy. Fast! I mean we had to establish a 3ft no go zone between each other just to leave a room for fucks sake.

It hadn’t always been like this, actually it hadn’t been like this until today but what a day it had been. I mean it started off with a bang, literally as I fucked my girlfriends brains out in a contender for ‘Hottest Phone Sex Ever’, then all the sex talk and ‘oh my fucking god’ pic of Spence in that collar, I groaned as I felt myself flood at the thought and then of course there had been the pictures of me in the car. Yeah, busy day when you look at it like that huh? Oh, and Ashley Davies was back and kicking ass and couldn’t help but let everyone know who Spencer was with, which included not being able to keep my hands off the gorgeous blonde sitting next to me.

So what should I do about tonight? I had asked her to stay over and I knew that in theory we were still with the whole idea of waiting, waiting for me to be ready. But god damn! I was more than ready, I loved her with my heart and soul and would do anything for her but I just didn’t know what I should do for the best, the best for me and her. But I know what I wanted to do.

‘Not a lot to tell really is there?’ Kyla turned to Maddy who rolled her eyes and shrugged.

‘Go on, tell Ash, it’s a good story,’ Spencer encouraged and Kyla sighed in resignation.

‘OK,OK! I’ll tell the damn story,’ she said and I pulled Spencer closer, slipping my hand under her shirt so I could feel her soft skin under my palm. She snuggled back against me and waited for Kyla to start talking.
