‘Ok, but only if you promise you won’t let this happen again,’ she spoke softly but her words angered me.
‘What!’ I raised my head to scowl at her.’I don’t make a habit of getting myself fucking…’ I stopped but I’d already said too much. It wasn’t as though I even really thought of it as rape, like I said it just got out of hand but it was too late now.

Her unsaid words spoke volumes. She’d been fucking raped. I felt a red hot rage burn through me and I wanted to rip the culprit limb from limb. I’d hunt the bitch down and make her pay.
‘Ash,’
‘Ashley!’
‘ASHLEY!’
‘Huh? I realised it wasn’t the first time she’s called my name but the fury was boiling in my blood. She stepped in and took my face in her hands, knowing how my mind worked.
‘Ash,’ she spoke firmly as she held my eyes. ‘Drop it, do you understand?’ She commanded me before continuing. ‘I can handle it. It’s not going to happen again.’ she reassured me. Gone was the vulnerable girl from last night. This was the confident young woman I was used to.
‘Do you understand me?’ she growled. finally her words registered and I nodded. She dropped her hands from my face and took mine in hers.
‘Good,’ she paused before continuing in a softer voice. ‘I love you Ash but you’ve been gone a long time. Things have changed, moved on.’ I nodded again. I didn’t expect things to ever be the same again. That’s why I had been so surprised when she’d asked me to stay last night. I understood better now.
‘Before you say anything, what happened is none of your business and I want you to leave it be.’ She paused, again I nodded.
‘I get it, it’s ‘complicated’ ‘ I replied. I tried hard not to sound mocking, every fucked up situation was complicated.
‘Yeah,’ she answered with a frown. ‘But thank you, for last night,’ she tugged my hands, pulling me closer and pressed her forehead against mine. ‘It really helped, it was nice.’
‘It was,’ I answered simply and honestly. She smiled and pressed her soft lips against my forehead before pulling away.

omg so much is going on and i can see why spencer is so upset especially with the way ashley had responded to her words and touch at the hospital only to have her basically tell her to fuck off when she saw her again and than have her ‘kissing’ her friend. Spencer is in a hole and her friends need to help her i hope maggie can forgive her because i think spence is going to have a harder time forgiving her self…and sex will probably not be the same if she has it at all without feeling guilty pms

man I knew I shouldn’t have checked to see if there were any updates because as soon as I saw you’d posted I decided to forgo studying and read the chapter instead… so if I fail my chem test tmrw I blame you and your amazing story!!! but for real, this was sooo awesome. Ok, wow. Everyone pretty much said everything I wanted to say but not Are Kyla and Ashley sisters in this? is that Why Mads was staring at her like that? Who does Ash think Spencer is? Uh, one more thing, Love triangle is SUCH and understatement of what all Spencer’s got going on. It’s more like she’s a spider and each girl has her own line of web and sometimes they get tangled together. LolPost more soon, everyone secretly goes through withdrawl waiting.
okay, lemmie just say this: there is a 95% chance of maggie getting screwed over BIg time at the end of this if she loves spencer/ashley equally (half each). and i’ve come to realize that this whole thing is just one huge shit about to hit the fan, drama infested, love polygon story. AND I LUVS IT! haha. I contimplated being thirty minutes late to my first period class cuz i was reading this in school when i started haha. I love this so much because i feel like im a part of the action, like MY junkie friend just came back or something– writing like that (like how you write) takes talent and skill :) I hope one day I can write like that!
First, let me start off by saying that my time has not been my own lately. I usually do all my ff reading when I’m at work, but your last couple of updates were at a time when I hadn’t been at work. Well…can I just say that today was a really, really good day a work. I got to sit here (Clearly not doing work) and just read several chapters. It was AAAA mazing. Especially this chapter, not to say the others weren’t great as well, but I was really interested in seeing the whole Ash in the hospital thing and the wait soooo paid off. It’s so awesome to see how intense their connection is! I’m so excited for the next update, well, I’m always excited for the next update, but I’m getting manic about it now, so unless you don’t want to see me go insane and therefore unable to do any activities (such as the ones you yourself did this weekend- subsequently pissing off A LOT of ‘friends’ of mine) update asafp!
I know Spencer did a bad thing, but poor Spencer. I hope Maggie forgives her, cause I actually like them together. PMS please!!!

There’s so much shit going on but I love it and want more of it! Great, amazing, fantastic, fabulous, spectacular, stupendous, and every other word that’s a synonym for great, update! Can’t wait to read more!!
wow how do you keep track of all this? wait I know.. it’s because you’re freaking brilliant! holy shit I can’t believe everything that went down in the hospital. no wonder spence is so upset, after all of that and then ash being a complete bitch to her?! and wow if and when ash finds out it was spence who hurt maggie… oh man shit’s gonna fly then. yea I can definitely see this being a long VERY bumpy road to spashley! but I’m loving it. and so hmmm where do maggie and spence stand.. is that them together in the teaser… there’s going to be some major tension there that needs to be worked out. anyway rambled enough here.. pms please!
